Not as convenient as advertised
I had always had good, convenient service until recently. The whole reason i paid for this monthly service was convenience, so I didn't have to drive to the dr office, wait for appointments, ect. Recently, I just needed a simple steroid pack. (Which i had previously got with no issues before) The dr who got assigned to me apparently thought a steroid pack (that i needed to help give my immune system a boost to get over something) was "extreamly dangerous" and told me I needed to wait weeks to see a specialist just to get a steroid pack.
