I had a horrible experience with this location and its staff. My 17-year-old son desperately needed to talk to someone about his depression and anxiety. I was referred to this location by TRICARE Prime, and I requested a virtual visit for my son, considering his busy schedule with sports and senior-year commitments.
Our first meeting with Nicole Dandridge was scheduled for 3 PM. My son logged in and waited. After 23 minutes, he reached out to me, concerned that he hadn’t seen anyone log in and worried about the connection. I logged in on a separate device and could clearly see that he was there, but Ms. Dandridge was nowhere to be found. I called the office, and they told me there was nothing they could do, mentioning that it must have been a technical issue. My son waited another 20 minutes, but still nothing. I eventually told him to log off.
Three and a half hours later, I received an email from Ms. Dandridge asking to reschedule. I responded, asking what had happened. She informed me that there is a 10-15 minute grace period for virtual calls. However, we had waited over 40 minutes, which is more than sufficient time. Shortly after, she called my son, but when I didn’t answer, she was rude to him and hung up.
Given the sensitivity of this situation, I would have expected better handling and professionalism from the staff. I would not recommend this location to anyone seeking psychiatric help.

This is a really convenient option for medical care. They are very prompt at getting back to you. I've been using them for years and whenever I need to address medical concerns outside of birth control I am surprised to find they help treat them as well, and within a matter of just a few hours my prescription will be available at the nearest pharamacy. Highly recommend for ease of use and convenience.

Complete fabrication of what they can offer in reference to the advertised drug Mounjaro. They do not process prior authorizations. I would like to request a refund immediately as it has been less than a week, and I have no desire to utilize this company.

Fast Turnaround in a Stressful Situation
I was in need of medication for an infection- it was a difficult situation because I live in Florida and was in preparation for a major hurricane that was arriving the next day. All of the stores were closing early (within 5 hours of me contacting Hello Alpha) due to the impending storm, and I was so worried I would not be able to get the prescription filled in time. After explaining my situation, the prescription was called in within an hour of my contacting Hello Alpha. With all of the other stresses of that day, this was such a huge thing to not have to worry about.

Absolutely untrustworthy, you are better off working with your PCP to acquire the help you need. If you sign up for their service at $64.00 there is no guaranteed you will receive the care or medication you are looking to obtain. They advertise that it is a seamless process and it is not. You must have a diagnosis of diabetes to receive weight loss management. If you truly have diabetes you should simply work with your PCP and avoid the excessive $64.00 monthly charge from HelloAlpha. I have not witnessed such fabrication of what a company can do until now. Beware.

Waste of time and $30 subscription. Would have been cheaper and faster to go to a local doctor. Provider took a long time to return emails and would not write a script for a simple request.

My provider that had I explained to her that I need 15mg Mounjaro. I explained I’m a Type 2 diabetic and I’ve been on Mounjaro since 9/2022. I explained I had been on 15mg for almost a year I stopped using Alpha for awhile because I was going to PCP from Optum. I told her my last dose was in Sept and she kept telling me I needed to titrate. I explained I had been on this medication for 2 years and I am not going back to 2.5. There was a nationwide shortage and that’s the reason haven’t been on 15mg. She was not understanding nor comprising in and really did not want to hear anything but titrating down. Since I’ve been off my medication I’ve been swollen and gained weight. I’m very disappointed in the care I received.

After explaining to the Dr. about my lack of insurance to cover medication and asking for advice on other affordable options she told me to check with my insurance and see what they covered.
Basically like she did not read what I had already written to her.
