A colleague by the name of John provided really excellent customer service by explaining everything in detail, emailed all relevant corresppondence regarding my booking references and payments, as well as responding concisely to any queries or reservations I had.

The agent Ramsay was excellent and his customer service was amazing. He was very patient and calm through out the booking process. I ended up paying less for my flight ticket to US thanks to Ramsay.

This company is an absolute scam. Please do not use this company to book any flights. They are out to steal your money and they will stop answering your calls the moment you start asking about your ticket. Everyone will act as if they are professional but they are not at all. They will also pretend to be other people when you call. Please do not allow them to scam you. They are not legit and you should not provide them with any of your details.

This company is a scam because they tried to remove my comment. Any reputable company would reach out to a client to resolve such issues. However, we all know this company is a scam so they rather continue to post fake positive reviews. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM HELLO FLIGHTS. Also keep in mind my review is Verified.

Our experience with this company and John Whitman has not fallen short of a 5 star service. He remained professional throughout; answered all our enquires within a timely manner. Will be sure to recommend to friends and family.

Update!!! Avoid this company! They ask for reviews right after booking, but close to the departure date, they become unreliable.

A few weeks before our trip, they notified us of a flight cancellation, rebooked us, and provided a £500 voucher valid for 3 years. When attempting to use it in January, they claimed new terms, allowing only £100, with no clear communication or updated terms.

Despite reaching out twice via email, there's been no response. Legal advice has been sought. Cheaper travel agents might seem appealing, but the long-term costs can outweigh the benefits of booking directly with airline!
