if i can give a minus star i would have than this.. this people are criminal scam and taking people money.. they will ask you for reservation booking fees and after they ignore you.. never fall for this
thye have open an office in London which is fake.. .

This is scamming establishment; absolutely no shame in the blatant lies; no customer skills; no intention to get source the tickets. They are in the business to collect the £100 deposits on unsuspecting customers. PURE SCAM

I was helped by Muneeba she was very patient and helpful.I will definitely ask her for my next flight.

Where do I start....
I do not like to write negative reviews, but people need to be warned.
Mubeena advised me that I had a flight booked for tomorrow and sent me a booking confirmation. I explained that I need to be in my destination country by tomorrow as im attending a funeral. Yesterday, Current took a deposit of £100 and told me to call back at 9am to pay the difference, which I thought was strange because im flying tomorrow. So, I did as advised. At 8.45am Mubeena explained I need to send a copy of my passport (which another company confirmed is unnecessary). I did so and was promised a call back within the hour. As you guessed, no call. I called her and she had a confrontational attitude
At this point I knew something was off. She advised she is raising with the airline. After another hour, her colleague called me, (Mubeena avoided the call) telling me there's no flight as the airline messed them about. A lie. He then said I can fly to another airport but I would missed the funeral. After a heated conversation where he wouldn't let me speak, I hung up.
Ive reported it to my bank as a scam(not fraud), and will get a full refund.
PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The bad reviews are genuine.
Btw, some countries need a visa or ESTA, the agents will not tell you this, they'll just book and proceed as normal.
Please save yourself stress and anxiety and give elsewhere.

Booked with this company paid they confirmed my tickets then asked me to pay the balance 2 weeks later. I was unable to pay the balance until the date and time they specified . Called to pay , they said would call me back once confirmed with airline ... Which I thought was strange . They rang me back to be told the airline were not flying any more , which was untrue and could get me on other flights with another airline . Gave me multiple options that I said I had gone through at time of booking and should be paying for the tickets I had confirmed and paid my deposit for ... Long story short they have totally let me down and have actually charged me more for a flight and airline and journey time I didn't want . They are very dodgy , my bank got involved about the transaction .. they use a business account that is not really a recognised high street bank... I have my e-tickets for my flights thank goodness but will never use them again or recommend anybody else to use them ...

Represents a good and professional image of the organisation, they were polite and fair in dealing with their customers, able to answer any questions regarding the flight tickets.
I hope to contact them again as I would be travelling very soon.

Professional scammers.I made a reservation and cancelled my reservation after a day.My £100 was not refunded.Don’t make reservation or book any flight from this site.

This is a scam they will take deposits from you of up to £100 all in the name of assisting you book a flight later they will get it cancelled and refuse to give your refund. causing stress and inconvenience, with more hardship to the common man.. Till today i have not received my full refund... If anyone knows the body that regulates the, can i ask for your assistance to get them reported

Dealing with Sarmad was a pleasure. I had to travel in 2 days, and Sarmad found me a ticket at a good price considering how soon I was travelling. He explained the booking and payment process clearly ,and he was super helpful.

Well, being the first time that I contacted the company I was delighted when Mr Sarmad Esan called me back, he was so calm and very professional with me, he searched for many airlines that could be reasonable for my trip. And eventually, he got an airline with my proposed amount. I really appreciate him and I am very grateful.

Don’t pay for a reservation (or anything). I was quoted £827.52 for a flight and paid £100 to reserve it. 3 days later I was told the flight was not confirmed and they offered a different fight from a different airport at different times for £1453.52. I declined. They refused to refund the £100 in full, but only a partial refund, saying I had voluntarily cancelled the flight - which is untrue. I raised a complaint with them and have still not heard anything from them in reply.

Sarmad was very professional patience and attentive. He tried very hard to defend the company lacking credit card facilities. I think he was disappointed when I bought from other travel company paid three flight ticket upfront using my credit card. That should be his sale.

Sarmad was excellent. I appreciate his support and patience.
I read some reviews about others experiences that made me a bit fearful but, his service and reassuring approach made a great difference. He took me through all steps. I got my E-ticket, he double checked with me over the phone. Advised what to do if I face any difficulties. Keep it up Sarmad

Zain and Ahmed, did a great job in assisting me with my booking. Admittedly the process wasn’t the easiest and I was a tad sceptical but they did their best to assist and I really appreciate it for finding me the best deal.

I would like to thank Sarmad for his professionalism in assisting me with my flight selection. His dedication to providing the best service is without question. I will certainly be requesting his services again in the future.
