Usman from palm flights attended to me , he was very patient, understanding and respectful in attending to me and my family. He is the best in that company.

I booked two flights to kisumu Kenya with a short stop over in Nairobi.
I was asked to pay a deposit of £220 and told that the link for the remaining balance would be sent to me the next day.
I then received a phone call around 10.15am . The call was to inform me that the first flight was no longer possible and I now would have to go a day earlier and that would cost an extra £360 . I was not happy with this as I had already made arrangements .
Usman the agent i was dealing with suggested he could get a cheaper flight but that would mean a extra stop in Abu Dhabi. Which I informed him that is exactly what I didn't want to do. (And that option would cost me more than £100 extra )
As I didn't have a lot of options left i reluctantly agreed. He then informed me that the remaining balance had to be payed with a bank draft as his company doesn't except credit cards . I was not happy with that agreement as that would leave me with no cover. If something went wrong I would lose my money.
So the transaction didn't happen.
I then asked him to return my deposit and was told that the company won't refund my money.
I explained that it was there fault. They did not stick to the original agreement and it was after i had payed the deposit. They changed the original agreement and flight details.
So I told him that I would now go onto trust pilot and give my review on how the company changed the agreement after they had taken the deposit .
He then asked me not to do that and they would refund my deposit after i had hung up the phone on him three times.
They have not refunded my money and in a email i received. It stated there was a £90 cancellation fee . Which is not relevant as i have not received a penny back.
This company is dishonest and will blatantly lie to you.
I would advise you not to use this company

Bunch of Scammers will take a deposit and wouldn't issue you the ticket you desired with the deposit. Instead will try to sell you a higher price ticket If you decide not to buy what they trying to sell you, Will rip you off with a Admin charge from your deposit.

I have had a wonderful experience of working with Usman. He sold me a ticket last year and I was extremely impressed by his patience and his dedication to get me the best possible deal. This year I contacted him to ask for his help to secure a ticket. He again demonstrated patience and undivided attention to get me a good deal. Unfortunately the flight was cancelled and he quickly informed me in an assuring manner that he would get me an alternative flight. He did it again and I am so grateful for Usman’s honesty and integrity in getting me another ticket. Absolutely amazing person. Thank you Usman for your support and integrity.
