Booked an apartment in Ocala Fl for 4 nights through VRBO. When I reached out 2 weeks before check in about the procedure I received no reply. I reached out again 2 days before check in and was told at first I will receive instructions 30 minutes prior to check in. I was later sent a message saying my apartment was no longer available and it was booked on Expedia and wait 15 days for a refund. I booked it through VRBO not Expedia. If I didn't reach out 2 days prior to check in I would have arrived day of and not had a place to stay.

Great manager response and great, clean place

Has been better than expected. Everything ckean and new. No way could I find anything clise to this at the price. No more extended stay for me.

We loved staying at the Santa Rosa location! It was prime location, easy to get to any beach on 30A. The landing staff was quick to help us fix an issue with our room. Amenities like the gym and pool are perfect for a day of relaxing and getting a sweat on. We also loved how pet friendly everything was. Also felt super super safe for kids !

Very simple instructions. Downloaded the app and it was very easy to follow. The room was great. Last minute getaway with the family and it was perfect. Balcony on the first floor facing the pool. Few steps to the pool. Beds were comfortable and the snack pack was awesome. Will definitely book through Landing again. Thank you

Nice accommodations, great location, pleasant team, turnkey process with great technology, app and virtual concierge 24x7. All in all, it was easy and has worked out well so far. Nice job by the entire Landing team - including the virtual chat bot :)

This apartment was the cleanest and most well equipped business stay I have experienced. Landing thought of everything and with excellent taste!
I hope to do it again, soon!

We are renting an apartment for 6 months in Summervillle, SC while building our house. We have had continued issues with very little response. Some are not clean when move in, TVs that don’t work, side table literally falling apart, flooring coming up, mildew in shower, a dishwasher that is literally falling apart. We are paying twice what the other apartments in complex are going for. We understand due to the fact the fact that it’s furnished, but would expect functional. It is impossible to speak with a person. When able to call someone, it is simply a person that takes info. We have been here since March. I would caution anyone looking at this company/ location.

After speaking directly with the company and discussing the problems we have had, we both have a better sense of the misunderstandings that occurred. This company prides itself in the accommodations it provides, but admits that it did not deliver that service. They do care and own their mistakes. The problems have all been corrected. Nothing is perfect, but their response has shown us the level of service is quality. We appreciate the time they have taken to address this issue.

Clean,affordable, professional service !

What an amazing service! My family moved to a new state and we are having a house built. We didn’t want to sign a long-term lease, pay a large deposit, or have our credit ran. I found this service and it has turned out to be perfect. It is a true apartment with all the amenities and access to meet short- term needs. I have a specific representative that is available and I can contact her directly if there are any issues. Now it wasn’t a perfect move-in, but the representative was always there and made everything right. Again, this is an amazing service and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a short-term living situation.

I am writing to formally express my concern regarding an unresolved issue with my lease agreement.

I have been a Landing customer for more than two years and previously rented an apartment in Arizona through Landing. In early June of this year, I relocated to Atlanta and rented another apartment through Landing.

After checking into my Atlanta apartment, I carefully reviewed my lease agreement while preparing to complete various administrative tasks, including updating my driver's license and other government-related documents. During this review, I discovered that the address stated in the lease agreement was incorrect. In addition, the Early Termination Fee provisions in the agreement were not consistent with the terms that had been discussed and agreed upon prior to signing.

As soon as I identified these discrepancies, I contacted Landing and requested that the lease agreement be corrected. During a phone conversation with a Landing representative, I was informed that the requested revisions would be made and that I would receive an updated agreement shortly.

However, it has now been approximately two to three weeks since that conversation, and I have yet to receive the corrected lease agreement. Whenever I submit requests through the Landing app, I am instructed to call (415) 231-1701. Each time I call, I am told that the Legal Team's review is nearly complete and that an updated contract will be sent soon. Unfortunately, this same response has been repeated for several weeks without any actual resolution.

Because the lease agreement contains incorrect information, I am unable to proceed with important administrative matters, including updating my driver's license and completing other government-related registrations and documentation.

As a long-term Landing customer, I am extremely disappointed by the lack of progress and communication regarding this matter. I respectfully but strongly request that Landing provide an immediate update and issue the corrected lease agreement as soon as possible.

Please treat this matter as urgent and advise me of the status of my request at your earliest convenience.

The apartment was a perfect solution for our needs. Very well stocked with all the towels, kitchen tools, toiletries, etc. The staff has been very helpful and responsive. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

I found Landing to be pretty unprofessional. Overall they did not provide me the tools I needed to do my job. When reaching out about issues or help needed to preform my job, or issues with my pay the response time was very unacceptable and extremely frustrating. I found this company to be very unorganized and as an employee my concerns and issues with solutions on how to preform my job put on the back burner and given the run around for an unacceptable amount of time. The pay did not match up to the amount of time i worked, and was denied when asking for a pay raise to match current cleaning pay. I would not recommend cleaning for this company until they make their pay fair to match the time that each cleaning job takes, and that the issues that arise for each job or pay issues be addressed in a timely manner.

First time at a Landing property, great experience. The apt and property were clean and very nice and the area GM very responsive to questions. One thing I would have liked are some more essentials in the kitchen - salt, pepper, oil, cheese grater, etc. My next trip is to Morgantown, WV and I was sorry to see that there aren't any Landing properties there, but definitely looking forward to staying with you in the future.

Very nice and well kept property. I love the amenities. Check-in was smooth but only bc the information provided via email was unclear leading me to call customer service. Small issues encountered in the apartment were fixed immediately. Concierge is very responsive. This has been a very convenient stay thus far. 😌

Anne (hospitality manager) has been wonderful to work with, she is very attentive and helpful. Anne answers all my questions very fast and I have nothing but great things to say and my experience with landing ☺️

Our experience with Landing has been superb. We were in need of temporary housing for one month. The apartment is beautifully furnished with every accessory you could ever need. We couldn't be more comfortable. Anne was super helpful! We also worked with Gustavo. Every person we have communicated with has been super patient and friendly! Can't recommend this company enough. Thank you!!!

Great location. Plenty of restaurants just a short drive away. Close to the interstate but not too close. Top golf close. Beach 30 min away. Facilities were great. Beautiful pool. Large screen outside to watch the World Cup. Wish we were there to hang out for the USA bday party.

The facility appears to be new. Tommy D was super helpful with anything we needed and answered all our questions.
