The location great, staff was informative

The complex was beautiful. The pool was awesome. The people that work in the office are super helpful and the free iced coffee and snacks at the club house was awesome. The place was very nice and the rooms very clean.

Stayed at the Green at Plum Creek. Great experience. Clean, comfortable, easy to access. The pool was lovely and so quiet. The condo fit all our needs. We will be back.

Great concept - apartments used for short term rentals, membership available for Nomads/remote workers wanting to explore the country and can move in/out quickly of a furnished place, also traditional renting options for a furnished apartment. Very surprised how clean and modern the place was and helping gentrify an area in a great city.

Very frustrating experience. I have a promo code for reserving a room at the Bouldin in Austin, but the website never provides an opportunity to enter it. Also, the website indicates there is a discount for using a bank account instead of a credit card, but the website does not allow me to use a bank account. Finally, the "virtual concierge" that is supposed to help with problems does not provide any response at all. This feels like a sloppy and amateur operation.

I enjoyed staying here; the apartment is very nice. I didn't need to contact the hosts since everything I needed was easily available inside the apartment—it was very clean, well-equipped, and quiet. I would definitely stay there again.

Very spacious, great location to anything you need from restaurants, groceries and shopping. I recommend if you are in the Durham-Chapel hill NC area this is the place to stay

The apartment was surprisingly well equipped as far as kitchen, tools and appliances. It was also very clean, which is really important to me. The only suggestion I might make is to provide a box of Kleenex and maybe a hook to be installed in the bathroom to hang your clothes on. I will definitely recommend it this location to my friends and family.

Booked a corporate apartment at the Celsius in Charlotte. The booking process was smooth however one month into our stay the toilet wouldn’t flush and there was a mosquito infestation. Hello Landing did nothing to fix the issue. Customer service was awful. They had nowhere else to put us and offered 51 dollars per night to stay at a hotel while they resolved the issue. Maria in customer support was awful to deal with and had no empathy for the situation.

We loved it! The place was beautiful! We loved the pool, the view of the water and the decor. We also loved the building amenities and the proximity to many places. We were able to walk to the west side market yesterday so that was great! It’s close to everything in downtown Cleveland. Highly recommend!!

I am a former Investigative Social Worker who was injured on the job. I'm going through recovery prepping for surgery and looking forward to getting back to work. These extended stays apartments are ideal for individuals like myself. Staff was very helpful and professional on the property because I had a late check-in and not booked directly through Landing but another platform and I had some issues getting in but ultimately the problem was resolved. The unit was clean, stocked up with a items I need temporarily and very quiet. I need the peace and quiet to rest for my surgical procedures and I loved everything about it. I'm annoyed by a video game 🎮 player not setting the parameters on their video game to avoid feedback from his but that's not Landing issue at all but the tenant.

Stayed at a landing apartment for a summer internship, it was the perfect spot and super easy to book. I will be recommending it to any other friends looking for short term housing!

Easily booked a beautiful apartment at Altura Perdido. Liked that Landing did a background check on us. Everyone at Altura Perdido was super friendly. Landing quickly responded to all of our questions.

Had a little hiccup with my apartment AC but Christopher McClintock was extremely helpful and responsive. Only 4 stars because of the god awful "concierge" on the app and lack of response from the generic phone line.
