We moved into an apartment and it was not properly cleaned from the previous renter. The air conditioning also did not work for five weeks despite multiple requests for repair.

Communication and resolution were barely existent throughout our stay. We were offered credits for the issues, but they were never applied and we were still charged in full and are now trying to dispute with our credit card company.

Support thru Landing app has been prompt and helpful. The only slightly negative thing is that I am unable to upload photo when submitting a request. I'm not sure if it's an issue with the app, or user error!

Everything has been wonderful

Because we had a water leak inside our house resulting in high levels of mold, we needed temporary apartment corporate housing as soon as possible. Fabian was a blessing as he assisted us to locate an apartment near our working place, and with the amenities we desired.

If you’re considering staying with Landing, I highly recommend it—especially because of the outstanding support from Brandon, our property manager. From day one, he handled every situation quickly and with genuine care. Whether it was a small question or a more urgent issue, Brandon was always responsive, professional, and thoughtful in making sure everything was resolved smoothly.

It’s rare to find someone who not only does their job efficiently but also truly cares about the residents’ experience. Thanks to Brandon, our stay has been stress-free and enjoyable. If peace of mind and great service matter to you, this is definitely a place worth choosing!

I stumbled upon hello landing a couple of years ago for weekend stays to visit my son at college in Austin. Love their apartments! So much more space than a hotel room, and close enough in to town without being actually downtown in all the busy traffic, etc.

Made easy on every step in the check-in and out process and very helpful staff!!

I stayed here for my child’s Gator Cup archery competition. The location was very convenient—only about 10 minutes from the venue. The facilities were clean, and the check-in and check-out process was easy and secure, which I really appreciated.

I would definitely love to stay here again for next year’s competition, and I hope the property continues to be well maintained. Since we couldn’t leave our archery equipment in the car, having a first-floor unit was important for us. It would be great if there were a way to know or select a first-floor option when making a reservation.

Easy to book and very friendly and helpful staff. Can easily communicate with the team. Love being about to unlock the place with my phone.

It was much nicer staying here than staying at a hotel during our visit to this town. The only flaw that we had was getting into the parking lot gate.The code that we were given didn’t really work and we would just have to follow somebody through the gate after they opened it. I think there needs to be a different way to get the visitors in . other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

Thank you for the hospitality. The 6 week stay was very comfortable for us. Anything that we needed as repairs or amenities were taken care of promptly. Will definitely stay with hello landing again.

Great place to stay. Property was great for me while visiting my grandchildren. Clean, safe. My only take away. Minimal essentials provide and bedding was super subpar. Really great trip we had.

I'm currently living at a Landing property and have lived at three of their properties since September 2025. They offer furnished properties with everything needed from silverware to towels. We sold our house and don't know where we want to live yet. The Landing allows us to try out different areas. However, the primary reason that we will continue to live at the Landing properties for another several months is because of the customer service that we have received from Vivian, the GM at the properties that we have lived. She has been incredible to work with. She always has a positive and professional attitude no matter what the circumstances, and has gone above and beyond to first listen to our concern, and then help to ensure that our questions are answered and that we get an acceptable solution for any issues that have come up. This level of customer centric focus is not something that I've experienced very often and I wanted to highlight it here. Thank you Vivian for your dedication and passion to provide and set an example for exemplary customer service!

I moved back to Charlotte, NC in the middle of March. Stayed at Bond on Mint in uptown. Dashay Johnson is the Landing Manager at this community.

Due to the constant traveling with my job, I have been in the program for quite awhile. I must say that Dashay has been the best manager that I have ever met in the Hello Landing program. She was very caring and attentive to all of my needs/concerns. She addressed everything with urgency to make sure that my stay was top notch. She is an amazing person and a great asset to Hello Landing. Wish all of the managers were as caring and respectful as her.

Fabian was very helpful with quick responses about the unit and complex. Great experience!

The location was perfect for my visit with a variety of coffee shops and restaurants in the area. My unit came equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay including in-unit washer and dryer which made for light packing. Most importantly communication with Landing was amazingly easy with a quick respond time to my questions. Excellent customer service!

Omari twice went out of his way to fix a problem for us - very pleased with his tenacity in making sure things got corrected as quickly as possible. Thank you!
