What a devastating result. We moved in and landing was so nice - then throughout the stay, they become less interested in you if you are not going to do another month. You are charged a cleaning fee of $125 - when we moved out, the ONLY thing we left in the apartment was furniture that was there when we moved in. Now Landing is saying there is furniture on the balcony that we left... IMAGINE if we removed furniture that was not ours!?!?! They are also charging us for dog hair (from a service animal) - that should be covered from the $125 cleaning fee as WELL as coffee grains on the counter. THEY ARE CHARGING EXTRA $250 for this. And the correspondence with Deshay has been horrendous. Rude and unhelpful... saying we basically deserve it for the state we 'left the unit' - again - dog hair and coffee grains and furniture that was not ours.

Will NEVER use landing again.

Perfect size spaces for my husband and me for our 2-month stay at McCord Square which are equipped beautifully and functionally. Having washer and dryer in our unit is exceptionally helpful. Gym, pool, and outdoor grills are also available. An added bonus is Monday through Friday concierge trash collection on each floor. Building is also conveniently located and close to shopping, restaurants, banks, post office, and major roadways.

Landing is such an amazing place to live. Fully furnished and well worth it. The people that work there are super nice as well. Its very convenient you just pick what room you want, pay, and move right in. You pick your keys up at the lock box downstairs. Its very convenient

Super awesome experience . Great communication before the trip and when I arrived I called to see if I could check in early and they said I could check in right away(10.30 a.m) which was amazing!
The apt we rented in Birmingham, AL was so nice and modern and had everything needed-felt very much at home there. Would definitely book through The Landing again.

I came across the Landing when I was struggling to find lodging in New Haven, Connecticut. Calling their customer service line, they helped me book a two-bedroom, two bath apartment in Wooster Square that was convenient and walking distance to everything I needed.

The apartment was a two-bed, two-bath, spacious accommodation with great views. The furniture was comfortable yet modern. Whenever I needed anything, the chat feature on The Landing app was useful, because I got a response almost immediately.

Landing provides an excellent service and fills a huge void in the short term real estate rental market. I have now stayed at 2 properties (possibly a 3rd shortly). Ren (agent) has been helpful throughout the process as I had many questions when going to a new city. Landing is my first choice when looking at a short term solution that provides excellent accommodations and services. The team has always been very helpful and responsive with any questions. Turn Key & Easy.

We had an excellent stay. The place was very inviting and exactly as advertised. Very spacious and well equipped.

If I had to provide some feedback :
1. The neighbors on the upstairs unit were quite noisy and the loud music all through the day was getting a bit annoy
2. There was shampoo, conditioner and moisturizer.. but no soap :)

10/10 experience so far! I’m staying in one of their units for 30+ days so I did have to do a verification process including a soft credit check but that was simple to complete. There was a bit of miscommunication between landing and their cleaning team, when I arrived the unit had not been turned over but I reached out to their customer service and explained the state of the apartment, Benri was absolutely amazing and so sweet. He took the best care of me and got everything situated. I would like to shout out their cleaning crew too, the apartment was spotless and even smelled so good too. A Landing manager, Natalie, also followed up with me and was extremely thorough. She even submitted a ticket for me to have the building maintenance come to replace some blown out light bulbs. I love the apartment and couldn’t be happier with the treatment I have received from their team!

I have had the opportunity to work with Oscar to book a stay in the past. So, I didn’t hesitate to contact him again.
He is alway so professional and knowledgeable. We considered many options and I had to call him back NUMEROUS times due to my husband’s work schedule. Each time he was very patient and kind! We booked our stay with Landing in Tampa Thanks to the help received from Oscar!! He is an excellent representative for the company and we will ask for him again.

Place was very clean and well maintained. Very easy access to everything in town and easy to work with landlord on any questions we had. Highly recommend

We have been in our Landing for a week and it is amazing. Most importantly, the support from the local leader in Salt Lake City, Tyler, has been incredible. He has been responsive, attentive and even personalized our place with baby gifts as he knew we were having a baby. Tyler has been amazing and will make us want to utilize Landing in the future.

We were well communicated with as the check-in date neared. Since this was an online find searching for apartments, this helped our confidence for making a good choice. The automated door locking mechanism was a concern, but upon arrival, the app and the lock worked flawless. We were followed up on during our first 2 days. Very pleased with everything we have experienced. We are staying in 4-304 near The Villages, FL.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Tailor Apartments and Brittany was a lovely host. We'll be looking for Landing properties during future travels. Thank you!!

Check-in was very smooth and apartment is excellent. Very modern, new, and clean. The landing staff has been very responsive and I like that there is a direct person I can contact with any issues or questions. Highly recommend!

While my 1-month stay at Vetra Huntsville got off to a rough start with an initial unit that wasn't up to standard, Thomas the manager completely saved the experience. Within five minutes of reaching out, Thomas called me directly. His friendly demeanor instantly put me at ease, and his prompt, professional actions had us moved into a beautiful new unit in under 10 minutes. Thomas's top-notch service and personal touch turned a potential disaster into a fantastic stay!

The apartment is spacious and clean and well stocked with descent cookware. While I had a rough start with respect to getting entry into the apartment, and had to relocate to a hotel for 2 days. Nevertheless when Stephanie got to work on Monday she jumped in with both feet. She got us a one time code, vice a new one each day. We asked to have the rugs cleaned and she arranged it for the next day. Anything I asked Stephanie she solved immediately! Most significantly she advocated for us and got us two more days at no cost, to make up for the lost 2 days. So, while the apartment is desirable, Our stay would not have been as comfortable as we were without Stephanie’s help!

Great Location and Very Comfortable Stay

I’ve been staying here for an extended business trip, and overall it has been a great experience. The location is excellent—convenient to everything I need—and the unit is spacious, comfortable, and feels much more like a home than a hotel.

There are a few small things that could make it even better for long-term guests, such as a firmer mattress, a towel bar in the bathroom, and a few additional kitchen basics. The common hallway could also use a little attention. None of these have been major issues or taken away from my overall experience.

For an extended stay in Birmingham, I’ve been very pleased. The positives definitely outweigh the minor inconveniences, and I would recommend it to other business travelers.

This is my first time using Landing so naturally I was a bit hesitant but my stay has been so pleasant and seamless! I wish I could have learned about Landing before so I could it for my other long term stays while on audition rotations. The customer service is always great and available, very attentive. The housing itself was in impeccable shape and had everything I could possibly need. 10/10 would recommend to my friends in family.
