This is my first time using Landing so naturally I was a bit hesitant but my stay has been so pleasant and seamless! I wish I could have learned about Landing before so I could it for my other long term stays while on audition rotations. The customer service is always great and available, very attentive. The housing itself was in impeccable shape and had everything I could possibly need. 10/10 would recommend to my friends in family.

The customer service and responsiveness has been top notch. Everyone I’ve spoken to has been helpful but Lawerence made our stay! Thank you so much for making our unfortunate situation (construction issue with our home) a more positive one!

We recently rented an apartment in Franklin, TN (Cool Springs) for six weeks while we relocated to the area. Fantastic experience!

The apartment was immaculate upon arrival, well equipped, and in a brilliant building with excellent amenities and friendly staff.

As the cherry on top, our local Landing Manager , Alex was amazing. He was personable, easy to get ahold of when we had questions, accessible, and a great communicator.

We couldn’t have wished for a better experience and hands down recommend Landing as a service! Thank you Landing!

Brenden with landing has offered exceptional customer service and support. He was incredibly honest with the condition of the apartment and the few little issues that were there. All concerns were addressed and resolved immediately. The apartment is beautifully furnished and was clean and perfect when I arrived.

Consistent high quality apartments, well appointed. Chicago host Michael was very responsive when minor issue troubleshooting was needed. This was my third Landing rental and I'll be doing it again.

Landing was very responsive to my inquiries, I would have rated it better but we had some issues with the property itself, a big beautiful pool that they closed for some unknown reason and a bad leak on the bathroom sink. But I called them and they responded very quickly, I would use them again!

I enjoyed my stay. It was very clean, comfortable, and convenient. I will definitely book again. The booking process was also easy.

The apartment was very clean beautiful complex. Making reservations was simple and check in process was smooth.

We’re short timers here in Gateway Commons/Landings. The apartment we’re in is in pristine condition and the location is perfect. We’ve had a couple of issues with the AC before and today the washing machine had issues with a circuit board. The response time from team to technician coming to resolve those issues were outstanding.
We’re grateful and happy. Thank you for making our stay a home away from home comfortable and safe.

As a female traveling alone - I felt very safe. The apartment was so clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The WiFi was amazing- everything was great.

Landing customer service is great, especially Max at corporate and Chuck as the Parkview Village property manager. Both were helpful and friendly and I have never moved in so fast and easily. Landing is perfect for us right now and we are delighted with our decision to move in with Landing.

Today I called Landing’s Customer Service Department to get some additional details about properties I was considering for an upcoming vacation. Oswaldo did an excellent job of supplying me with all the information I needed and more. He spent about 20 minutes talking with me and then texted me several links for properties that are perfect for my needs. I was able to reserve an apartment in a matter of moments thanks to the amazing customer service he provided. I’m so grateful for Oswaldo’s help; he has made me a big fan of Landing!

Landing is a professionally run organization with excellent digital presence and personal service. The options they offer are of premium level - beautiful, great locations. Enjoyed my shopping experience with them.

The spires is great for short term or long term rental the units are clean and furnished the property is well kept and the management and maintenance staff are all amazing. Danny the manager is super friendly and very helpful with all our needs. We stayed there for 2 weeks and extended our stay for 2 more nights and it was all worth it.

What I thought was going to be a 3 week stay turned into a 7 week stay. I was able to extend my stay, at last minute, many times during my stay. There’s a HUGE area in the back to walk your dog and even a dog washing station. Neighbors were quiet and nice. There’s a beautiful pool, gym, outside gas grill kitchen and the staff at the clubhouse was helpful at times. My Host was attentive and reliable. Thanks Landing.
