I stay once or twice a month for work. It's my home away from home. It's a great property well maintained and clean. For me it's the location, right off 75 but close enough to everything else.

Landings cannot control what happens within an apartment community.. but they have always been super speedy and responsive in dealing with any issues we've had here in Atlanta. We have had an incredible experience.

I’m so thankful to have found Landing. I love the location in Jenks. There’s literally everything conveniently located to the complex. The apartment is cozy with all the amenities one would need on a daily basis. My contact Ashton is always so helpful with anything I need or questions I have. I would recommend Landing 100%!!

This is my third Landing stay and I’ve been at this property (4415 Chestnut) for 3-months. The units are well furnished, clean and the building amenities are great. Natalie is an excellent building manager, who is extremely responsive and gets things done. I recommend this facility to anyone visiting the Philadelphia area.

Thomas has been great. We had to have a few items taken care of and he was quick to help us out. Super friendly and accommodating. We know he’ll be here for us for the duration of our stay. Thanks Thomas!!

Everything new, well furnished and super clean

Rented an apartment through them, moved across the country only to find that they left it locked and said they couldn’t do anything about that until 10:00 am the next day. So I had to sleep in my car. Then 10:00 rolls around, they hadn’t fixed it and I called and they had no idea what I was talking about and now have to send a locksmith.

What really made this experience great and so much better than other platforms I have used, was the manager, Sean! His customer service was superb. He is efficient, friendly, and professional, and was very patient with me with my first time visiting with Landing. I will continue with Landing because of this level of excellence with your customer service. And I will add -just to be thorough- that the property was fantastic and my stay there was just what I needed! I recommend Landing with no hesitation!

The best short term lease I ever had. The unit booked in Raleigh is a brand new one, and I found the apartment well furnished with everything I need for my short stay. Good kitchen’s appliances, bed, bath and coffee linens, 2 TVs and much more. The detailed check in instructions were clear and made me have a smooth arriving at the Ray community. I’ll be back next year.

Living at Market Square Tower with Landings has been a complete delight. The apartments are beautiful, facilities second to none and our Landings host Lingchi is simply the best! Linhchi goes out of her way to make sure everything is great. Nothing is too much trouble. I highly recommend this property.

The customer service rep Erick is the most helpful reliable knowledgeable person I ever dealt with. He has helped me find a place, put me in a better location and helped me with my billing issues. If I could give him 10 stars I would. Thank you Erick you are awesome!!!

Very nice apartment. Good distance from hospitals if your a travel nurse. Natalie the manager for landing was super helpful. I had to leave the complex early and she was helpful in getting my packages sent to me that I could not get the address changed for delivery

Hello Landing handles the rentals and it was confusing initially whether the leasing office or Hello Landing manages the mailbox keys, gate accesses, lockers , etc. However . after learning the guidelines things were easier.
Roomy and clean accommodations to make it easy to manage short term rentals.
Great location, WiFi readily available, and utilities included make this a great rental.

Comfort and tranquility. This facility is loaded with all modern amenities one needs. Parking, dishwasher, microwave, stove, washer and dryer, wifi to connect to the rest of the world, etc. Conducive for conducting business remotely. I will grade this facility as a 9/10 just because there is a fundamental piece that is missing: it doesn't have a Gym. This is huge. A Gym is a most nowadays.
I forgot to mention space.i.e., kitchen with an island built-in. Huge 2 bedrooms, 2 private showers, and so on. You can't find it at any hotel. Please I urge you to visit this facility. You will never go back to the traditional way of hotel. Hotels should be your last resort. They are not offering much at all and they the most expensive for less. The ripoff has persisted for so long. If you find the level of luxury landing facilities are offering in the traditional hotels, Marriott, Hilton, and so on, it will be at least $1000.00 a night. The problem is it's almost impossible to find that level of luxury at the hotels. I'm talking about the common mortals. I have no clue about the presidential super suite.

I booked this company through Airbnb and let me just say that that is not the platform that they need to be on whatsoever they make you go through this vigorous rat tape verification process which got me denied on the day that I was supposed to move in, leaving me with an insane amount of stress and anxiety about where I was going to be staying because I had already arrived to the city and I am due to be here for two months. I don’t know what your credit score has to do with your ability to sufficiently finance the situation in mind you I had already paid and Airbnb had to process a full refund that would only arrive back in my bank in 7 to 10 business days so not only was I out a total of almost $3000 in one day because I had to do a different booking. I was extremely stressed and overwhelmed about where I was going to sleep. This is not it

Very easy to book. Nicely equipped apartment. Had one glitch when Landing tried to move us to an unacceptable location, but when my situation was fully explained they made the best possible accommodation of my request. Great folks doing everything they can to give you the best possible experience.

Landing has allowed my fiancé and I to live flexibly and enjoy traveling while working remote. The customer service team is always very responsive and helpful when any question or issue comes up. Generally check in is smooth and easy with clear instructions. All of the units we’ve stayed and have been very clean and well stocked and comfortable.
