The place was very close to the main attractions and other sites we visited. Quiet neighborhood. It was modern and mostly well-maintained. We did notice that the cleaning could have been better. Overall, it was a great stay.

The place was immaculate. Tastefully decorated and kitchen was stocked with everything. All I needed was groceries!

We have really enjoyed our stay here! It’s a great location, very quiet, and the people are so friendly! We had a few very minor hiccups, but they were addressed very quickly!
I highly recommend taking advantage of the Beachwalk lagoon passes as well!

I haven’t rented yet but would like to thank both Erick & Gustavo . They helped me book my upcoming stay for March 2027 . Both were great ! Each of them were friendly , patient & professional. Building was wonderful, staff were kind, Landing personnel were incredibly responsive. Natalie was very attentive.

This company is just amazing. They make everything so easy, from check in to check out. Extending, repairs and everything you can think of is handled right away and perfect. I will never stay with anyone again. They are my goto everywhere.

The Landing apartments are very welcoming and truly a fantastic place to stay while working from out of state . Brittany the property manager goes out of her way to make sure your stay is fantastic for all aspects. The concierge staff are committed to help in every aspect. Tremendous team at this apartment complex.

First impressions are lasting impressions! While awaiting for our forever home to finish being built, we call this Landing location in Town Madison,AL home. The instructions for accessing everything on the property was spot on. The general manager for the area (Thomas) was very helpful, and accessible if additional questions were asked. The apartment is fully furnished, clean, and honestly, we only had to bring ourselves and clothes! I would recommend, highly recommend the Landing to anyone I know. Keep up the great work, you have a great team!

During my most recent stay, I had the privilege of working directly with Thomas, the General Manager of the property, whose professionalism and attentiveness were truly outstanding.

The first place at the Landing was not to our liking. I sent a message and got a response within a couple hours. I was contacted and I spoke with Thomas. I told him our concerns he didn't make any excuses, he apologized and asked me to give him a little time to make some calls and he would take care of it. He did just that. We were moved to a much nicer cleaner place. Thank you Thomas for your help in what has become a very trying move for this retired military family. We were used to just going on base, but that is no longer the case in this military community.
My only suggestion would be to use leather furniture. Most people have pets and they let them on the furniture. Its hard to get the pet dander off cloth furniture and your next guest that may suffer with allergies will have a hard time sitting on that furniture.
