I could not rave more about Ali and his team!

They contacted me the day before removal to introduce themselves and re-confirm arrival time.
On the day of removal they were right on time, came in and assessed the load to be moved and talked through number of rounds needed with the van.
They disassembled and reassembled all bulky furniture and moved all items with great care.
The whole job was done in 3.5 hours (moving a 1 bedroom flat with full set of furniture).
Ali and his team were friendly and respectful and had a smile on their faces the whole way through. Could not recommend more!!

This was my second time in a year using Hello Vans, and I received exceptional, and professional service from Ali and his colleague. The pair were efficient, and they handled all my belongings (sofas, bed, multiple boxes) very well. Booking was straight forward, too, and I received good communication from Ali the day prior to confirm the team’s arrival. Thank you very much!

Mehdi and his team were great! They moved a heavy sofa up 3 flights of stairs, including helping us take doors of hinges without issue. I would highly recommend them as movers. They handled all the equipment carefully to ensure no damage.

Meysam was helping my move today and he is absolutely fantastic. Communication was clear and prompt from start to finish, which made the whole move stress-free. Had a guy from Hello Vans named Adam I believe, that came and helped me move a few heavy items from my third floor apartment to my new house.
He was professional, helped a lot very chatty with me.
Made a stressful thing to do, less stressful and it went very well and quickly.

I paid an additional £82 after being advised that a medium van would not fit my belongings. On the day, a Luton van arrived and our items occupied only a small portion of the vehicle, making the upgrade entirely unnecessary and the additional charge unjustified.

The driver arrived accompanied by his child without any prior disclosure or consent, which raised serious safeguarding and insurance concerns — particularly as the destination was a working farm with recognised health and safety hazards including livestock, machinery and slurry pits. I had also confirmed in advance that no additional helpers were required and that I would not be travelling with the driver.

The driver also returned to our address the following day without prior agreement or consent, which was unexpected and distressing.

I raised these issues formally with the company on multiple occasions. My concerns regarding the unnecessary upgrade charge, consent, safeguarding and data protection were consistently dismissed or deflected without meaningful resolution.

**Update — June 2026:**
Following the company's failure to engage with my formal complaint or Letter Before Action, I filed a claim through Money Claim Online. Hello Services Ltd did not respond to the court claim and a County Court Judgment (CCJ) has now been entered against them. I have also filed a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) regarding the sharing of my personal data without consent.

I would strongly caution anyone considering using this company.
