I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience at Hera Hair Solutions in Istanbul. From the very beginning, I felt incredibly well-guided, supported, and taken care of. If you’re considering a hair transplant, I can genuinely say this is one of the best hair transplant clinics I’ve come across.
The entire experience was truly VIP, from the VIP transfers and beautiful hotel accommodation to the professional medical care. I also received PRP and stem cell therapy as part of my treatment, which made me feel that I was receiving a comprehensive and modern approach to my hair restoration.
A special thank you to Dr. Ali, who was extremely careful, precise, and professional throughout the procedure. I always felt that I was in safe hands, and every step was explained clearly to me.

I was really nervous before doing my hair transplant, but overall the experience turned out to be much better than I expected. From the beginning, the consultant was very attentive and I had regular follow-ups every month through phone calls and Zoom meetings, which made me feel supported throughout the whole process.

I'm now 2 months post transplant and I feel that I made a good decision. From meeting us at the airport and getting settled at the hotel every detail was well thought out. The staff including Helga, the English interpreter, the surgical assistants and Doctor Ali treated me in a professional and friendly manner. The clinic was clean and comfortable. They were gracious with my wife while she waited for me. I would recommend them for anyone considering a hair transplant.

In response, to their response:
-grafts were not placed in the upper region of the left eyebrow, as confirmed by a medical professional. i was clear about what i wanted.
-hairs were not placed correctly (as confirmed by a medical professional)
-their nurse repeatedly sent me incorrect photos which you can see on my google review
-their response is for me to spend money, fly to instabul or texas (which is expensive) and go back to their clinic for which I have no trust after my treatment.
-for the post operative care, for the first in person apt after procedure, the translator was not present and many members of the clinic were actually shocked by this. in addition, the blame was placed on me during a call since i could not see through blood and inflammation. i approved the outline. it is, according to everything this clinic claims, up to the professional transplant doctor to ENSURE the grafts are placed within. please view my google review for the photos of communication.
I traveled to Hera Hair Clinic for an eyebrow transplant after carefully discussing the result I wanted and providing reference photos. I approved an outline showing the areas I wanted filled and relied on the clinic's physicians to perform the procedure within that agreed design. The transplant physician did NOT implant hairs within the outline and many hairs have been implanted incorrectly, as confirmed by expert transplant doctors here in the USA.

After allowing many months for healing, shedding, and regrowth, I contacted Hera Hair for a partial refund, which was discussed during my original consult. In addition, the original doctor I spoke to is NOT the one who performed my transplant.

First, a substantial portion of the area I specifically requested to be filled showed no evidence of transplanted graft growth. I repeatedly asked the clinic to provide proof that grafts had been placed in that section. Despite multiple requests and clarifications, I was never provided with clear evidence showing graft placement in the specific area I identified. Instead, I repeatedly received photographs and explanations relating to other portions of my eyebrows, including the opposite side, even after I clarified exactly which section I was disputing.

Second, many of the transplanted hairs that did grow appear to grow in an unnatural direction rather than blending naturally with the surrounding eyebrow hair.

One of the most frustrating aspects of this experience was the clinic's response. Rather than taking responsibility for evaluating whether the procedure had been performed correctly, I was repeatedly told that I had approved the outline. My concern was never the outline itself. I approved the design. My concern was that the agreed area was not fully implanted and that the grafts that were implanted did not grow in a natural direction.

Approving an outline does not make a patient responsible for the physician's graft placement. Patients rely on the skill and expertise of the medical team to execute the procedure correctly within the approved design.

I spent months attempting to resolve this matter directly with the clinic. I continued communicating with them throughout 2026, repeatedly requesting proof, clarification, and management review. Unfortunately, I never received a satisfactory resolution.

I believe prospective patients should carefully document every stage of the process, obtain detailed written documentation regarding graft placement expectations, and understand that eyebrow transplant results can take many months to fully evaluate.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this clinic. The clinic continues to blame me, stating that their physician took "five hours" and gave me a mirror, therefor, the hair that was not implanted is my fault.
