La clinica è moderna, pulita e organizzata, eHelga (la mia mediante e consulenti medico) ,etutto il personale è stato estremamente gentile, professionale e disponibile.
Mi hanno seguito passo dopo passo: dalla consulenza iniziale, all’intervento, fino alle istruzioni dettagliate per il post-operatorio. Durante il trapianto mi sono sentito sempre tranquillo e in ottime mani. Hanno risposto a tutte le mie domande e mi hanno dato una grande sicurezza.

From day one to the surgery everyone was so friendly and helpful. Super happy with the transplant would highly recommend.
Throughout the surgery the team was very professional and explained everything g step by step.
The next day brought back for the wash and you were greeted at the front door and it was explained step by step how to wash your hair properly. Over all 10/10

Customer service with Helga is amazing
I have not actually been to this business yet but I'm scheduled to be there in November. But, I can tell you the customer service prior to arrival has been stellar. Every single question I have gets answered within hours. Helga, has been an amazing support and extremely professional which is one of the reasons why I chose Hera Hair Solutions. I can ask a question anytime of the day and it's like she doesn't sleep... there's always a response within a couple hours! If you do use this business make sure you ask for Helga as she will take great care of you.

110% recommendation from me
I had an outstanding experience with this hair transplant clinic and would wholeheartedly give them 110%! From the very first consultation, everything was clearly explained to me — every step of the process, what to expect, and how the procedure would work.
On the day of the surgery, the entire team made sure I felt completely at ease, especially during the first part when the local anesthetic was administered. They handled it so professionally and gently that it immediately put me at peace.
A brilliant team of surgeons were by my side throughout, with three of them working simultaneously and an interpreter explaining every part of what was happening as it happened. I felt extremely safe, cared for, and well looked after. There were also two additional staff overseeing everything to make sure it all ran smoothly.
A special mention to Helga — a truly wonderful person whose warmth and kindness stood out. But honestly, the entire team was amazing.
I would recommend this clinic to anyone without hesitation. May God bless them with more work and continued success, as they are genuinely changing lives and bringing smiles to people’s faces. Thank you for everything!
