Hercules Gazebo® UK Reviews

Very easy to find what I was looking for on the website, great price and fast delivery.

Sadly the item we purchased, 3m x 3m Replacement Roof Cover - Hercules S32 / Titan Hex40 - Navy
Did not fit the frame.

I will be following this up directly with the company for a replacement or refund

QUICK EXCELLENT SERVICE

Owned the same previous model gazebo, which lasted me 10yrs. The newer model is even better, especially with the zip together sides.

An item was returned within the appropriate timeframe. The order number was written on the outside and an email sent requesting my return.
Simply due to a “note” not being added to the parcel I received just half the refund back due to admin costs!
The fact that this item cost me £8 to mail back and the fact the item was sent back in a resaleable, perfect condition has left me feeling very angry that I am still fighting for the rest of the refund to be granted.
Also I’m a return customer after previously ordering my Hercules gazebo with you.
Very, very poor customer service.

The delivery was quick. However after using the gazebo just twice, the bag around the wheels has completely ripped exposing the wooden supports. It has been in storage and then put into a car for transportation so definitely shouldn’t have that amount if any damage

quality gazebo… recommend by chatGBT.
ordered Monday arrived Wednesday.
good instructions.
erected on my own.
took 15 minutes.
quality gazebo.

Fantastic comms and advice (via FB Messenger) before purchasing Gazebo. Product quality is first rate. It has been setup in my garden for 10 days now and provides both shade from the sun and cover for inclement weather. Extremely happy with company; the service and product overall.

Communication reliably and quality of the product

Contact was great and my daft girlie questions were humoured and answered with patience and professionally.
Product is amazing and I'm going to get another one.
Does what it says on the tin and supports small business

Awesome gazebos !!! Excellent service too. Arrived in time and great advice on the phone, thank you

Excellent service and open to making final tweeaks / modifications to enhance the visual impact.

Bought a Gazebo recently and had an issue with the delivery company, only delivering 1 of 2 packages, Contacted the guys at Hercules and the result was an example of outstanding customer service, responses were fast and helpful, eventually sorting the issue,
This is the second gazebo I've bought and would highly recommend this company.

Absolutely first class service from these guys. I messaged asking for delivery lead times and got an instant response from an actual person.... Yes a human being responded straight away, this along with the answers I was looking for resulted in me placing an order straight away and as I have dealt with Hercules gazebos before I have no doubt I will be more than happy with my purchase. Don't doubt Hercules they will exceed expectations and you'll be happy you purchased from them.

Great products, prompt delivery. Solid quality gazebo

Was not expecting to receive my gazebo roof so quickly.
