Excellent service - I have recently sold a property and Molly was always happy to give advice and assist with form filling when required.

This firm was one of the conveyancing solicitors on our new-build constructor's recommended list.
During the early stages of the sale of our old property, on several occasions we had to call and correct them as they made mistakes with details on some documents, listed the wrong sale price on one document, had the wrong title deeds and some inaccurate information on the draft contract which was sent for us to sign.
During the purchase of our new build property, they submitted old inaccurate copies of some documents for the draft contract and I had to call and correct our completion statement which was also incorrect.
Their response times were slow to get back to us on a number of occasions where we had to contact them about the above. They left it very short notice to inform us of exchange of contracts and completion timescales, which made planning removals and monies a bit challenging.
I would definitely not recommend using them.

I honestly couldn’t recommend Hewitson and Harker enough! Their service, professionalism, and attention to detail were absolutely outstanding. I cant praise this firm enough, they have been nothing but exceptional in our sale and purchase process. We used their services to sell a property in Sheffield recently and found them to be proactive rather than reactive. Legal Documents were issued quickly and they chased the buyer's solicitors when it was appropriate to do so. A very professional service and would recommend them.

I have utilised the services of this company on two occassions lately.
Firstly the purchase of my new home. This was done via a portal and proved to be effective and efficient. When I needed to talk to someone Scott Mulligan and his team were really helpful.
The second occasion was more complex as it involved the transfer of several properties under a Court Order.
This was handled by Georgina Fletcher who was assisted by Chelsea Peace. They both went above and beyond to get this work completed and for that I will always be grateful. They were always responsive and showed understanding and patience in what proved to be a time consuming, challenging and difficult process.
On both occassions I received a fixed quotation for the work required almost immediatley and there were no hidden or unexpected costs following completion.
