Quick customer service

I had a problem with some pots and a pan. Jericho ensured that all my pots and pans were set up properly for the warranty. He was very clear in explaining the info he needed from me and he took care of the issue quickly.

Not only was I floored with the immediate response to my warranty claim, but the sauce pan was replaced with no questions asked, other than the needed information. Jericho was top notch, and guided me thru it. No more than ten minutes among multiple emails. Great job Jericho and great job Hexclad

Great service backing up great products

The company makes great cookware and I have pretty much replaced all of my stuff with HexClad.
I recently had to return an item and it was very straightforward with excellent customer support help.
I timely follow up from Yahia K let me know that everything had been resolved.

Issue with coating on 20” frying pan

Had an issue with the coating on my 20” frying pan which I purchased in May. Contacted customer service this morning (1stJuly) to address the issue. I was asked to send photos and without hesitation HexClad are sending me a replacement which I should receive within 3 to 5 days. Excellent service, no quibbling about the issue with pan, can’t recommend HexClad enough. Can’t praise the company high enough

Hexclad pots and pans are excellent. I had reason to make a warranty claim, which was resolved in less than half a day. A replacement pot is being sent. Excellent customer service backed up by a very good warranty. Would definitely buy again. Highly recommended

Customer service has been awful

Customer service has been awful.

I purchased a set and needed to return some items and change for different sizes.

At first they were extremely helpful and we got a return arranged.

They have had my return for other 3 weeks and won't issue me a refund or voucher to purchase new pans.

Every update is the same just saying they are looking into it and had delays etc etc.

Coming up to 4 weeks to process a refund is not on and you can't speak to a human on the phone.

I have had to report this to my credit card company which I didn't really want to do.

Be very cautious if you are using them and need a refund or exchange.

For the amount the products cost I would expect a much better service.

Very disappointed

****UPDATE***

I can confirm this was resolved in the end and I recieved a voucher to allow me to purcahse some different pans which im happy with.
Took too long but thanks for getting it resolved.

No refund after 16 days

Have been waiting 16 days after they recieved my returned items for a response or update.

Spoke to AI agent on the phone, it can't help. Asked to speak to a human, none available. Left a message, no response.

For a company backed by celebs, would have hoped for better - frankly this level of service is abysmal

Extraordinary customer service.

I accidentaly dropped and smashed the lid of my precious 6.6 Litre Saute pan.
I wrote to Hexclad customer care and was contacted by a very helpful Yahia K who, after checking my order details, has sent a replacement free of charge.
Very generous and exemplary customer care.
Well done Hexclad; well done Yahia.

Your Customer Service team - Awesome

Your Customer Service team, including Jericho, has been awesome in helping us replace a 2-quart pan we ruined on the burner. Companies like yours need to be promoted for your great products and customer service team. I will certainly do that at every opportunity I get.

We ruined our pot by accidentally leaving it on the burner when we thought we shut the burner off. Thank you for replacing our 2-quart pot and lid with ease!

I purchased HexClad pans in 2023

I purchased HexClad pans in 2023, they have been fabulous pans, used everyday. To quote my partner, who does the washing up, they are the easiest to pans to clean too. However, recently there was an issue with the non stick coating so I contacted HexClad under the warrantee thinking they’d fob me off saying wear and tear, but no. Within 24 hours they’d reviewed by claim and dispatched replacement pans without the need to return the originals. I was well impressed with the customer service, but equally pleased with the pans

Oh my goodness

Oh my goodness, I had the privilege of getting to know one of the finest customer support professional “ Mishaunna M.”. Who is quick,polite and extremely helpful person I could’ve ever asked. He not only just resolved my issues rather helped me with all the guidance and with resolution, I was given with all useful resources to know the best use of the cookware for making it lasts longer.

Jericho

The guy who helped me was very fast and straight forward. Service was excellent and he responded to emails quuckly. I thought it is going to be very hard to get a replacement for the pan, but Jericho got it done real fast and easy. Very good customer service.

Hexclad Over Rated and Over Priced

I have been cooking for more than 20 years, so when I saw HEXCLAD being advertised by celebrity chefs as the best In the world , you'll never need anything else etc, I bought a set of pans....

The result is I am totally disappointed with them.

They look fantastic high end quality but their non stick claim just isn't true..

Their easy clean claim isn't true..

Overpriced over hyped and over rated...

Based on what you've described, it sounds like your cookware may be getting hotter than needed. HexClad performs best over low to medium heat, as the hybrid surface is designed to heat efficiently. Using higher heat can cause food residue to burn onto the surface, which may affect both the nonstick performance and ease of cleaning.

If there is any burnt-on residue, we recommend removing it thoroughly before trying the cookware again with lower heat settings. This often helps restore the cooking surface's performance.

I contacted Hexclad with my warranty…

I contacted Hexclad with my warranty claim. I got a very fast response, on answering a few questions nd providing information, I was advised that my claim was valid and a replacement would be sent. The whole process took 3emails over a 2 hr period. The replacement was on its way within 24 hrs
