It's a great product. Absolutely love it!

This app allowed people to scam me out of thousands of dollars to create a book for me and then they deleted all the content they supposedly sent me but I recorded it and it was photo of a AI character on the different backgrounds with the same pose so be careful and don’t work with people who names are Lisa grey published editor it’s scam and ther address doesn’t exist it’s an abandoned building they are all Indian scammers posting ads that link here

Heyzine has propelled my magazine in a way I could not have done on my own.

A great site for flipbook and great customer support.
Our old QR code whose flipbook was deleted was change with a new link. Thanks to the developer/owner of Heyzine for solving our issues in a few hours.

My questions were answered immediately, and the flipbook itself is picture perfect... VERY EASY set up..

The flip book UX UI from a user point of view is neat. Looks good on all devices and has a fair few options on the visual look.

The backend is neat easy to manage documents. The analytics is pretty light, happy they have a google analytics script option. Was hoping for heat maps.

The domain mapping function is limited to only one URL. We have international urls and sub brands so this is actually really annoying. I would need a premium license for each business. Happy to pay a small fee for an additional URL but a whole new account is rich...

The biggest fail is that document names could be used by another user. even if I have my domain mapped... For example i wanted capability statement and "sorry that title appears to be used by another user"

So if you have only one URL and you don't care about having giant urls because you have to find a name not taken... this might be the perfect fit for you. But for large business this may be a waste of money

Hi Heyzine. Looks like you have been addressing short comings in the system. Thank you for the ongoing effort to improve the product. It is appreciated. I have a suggestion if you can integrate it. The ability to keep a historic versions register. As we use the system for some of our compliance documents and we would like to be able to look back at past versions and basic information about when that version was publicly published and superseded

I just started using Heyzine after being recommended by a friend in my industry. I have already created 4 Heyzine's for my wedding business. I can see the potential in leveling up my business by presenting wedding couples their own Heyzine depicting what their wedding florals will look like on their wedding day.

Best flip book maker on the market. Also at a very reasonable price. Heaps of options available and easy to use.

Albert from the support team managed to restore my late father's deleted files from a backup and helped me re-enter and update the account on my name. All this while waiving a dispute fee and assisting on every step.
The product is good, the people working there are even better.

It's rare to receive good customer service these days, especially with digital platforms but I want to call out Heyzine because they surprised me. A year ago I had subscribed for the company I was working for as a temporary solution whilst marketing organised a global account. I left the job in January, having forgotten all about it. Last week I saw a subscription renewal charge go out on my Amex for it (I'd totally forgotten it was on auto-renew / cancelled it when the group account went live).

I tried to get into my account but I'd forgotten the password and my old work email (now cancelled) was the recovery route. I called the customer service telephone number I found, but I got a voicemail in Spanish that I didn't understand.

I sent in a request to cancel/refund via their online contact form (these things often result in crickets so wasn't hopeful...)

And I panicked, called Amex who blocked the card (for future renewals and then raised a dispute, whilst I waited to hear back from Heyzine.

To my amazement I heard from Heyzine within a couple of hours, a really lovely message telling me not to worry, they were cancelling and refunding (despite several days having passed between the renewal and me noticing the charge on my account) and they also reminded me about content I had left on there - showed me how to get back into my account.

They were lovely and not at all what I had anticipated - had I known, I wouldn't have panicked. So - know that if anything does go wrong, this company have your back, are honest and above board, and really do try to help.

It has a nice look and the interface is fine - sometimes a bit off, but manageable. Problem is: there is absolute no care for this app it seems. I have found a bug in Safari which is really annoying and distracting. Told it to support three times and added screen shots. It was made a priority or so I was told. That was last August. It seems that the developer has abandoned this software and is just milking it now without any care for the user.

Fabulous! Easy to use and populate with my new Flipbooks. Excellent editing features, and my customers love the results!

Experience with the forms, and customer service are great.

Heyzine links with Canva, it's convenient to export new file. Very flexible, easy to set up.
Support team has great services.

The platform is super easy to use and intuitive. No hassle using it. I had some question and email the support team and got a reply from them within a day. Would recommend this platform!

They said I would be able to download a video of my book flipping, I needed to upload it for my business, instead the download is for their own app?? It's completely useless. I want a refund right now because this is NOT what I signed up for.

It seems an impressive service. It has some really nice features and attractive pricing. Based on this, I signed my business up to a Professional plan. Unfortunately the simple basics don't work. Most hyperlinks in our uploaded PDFs don't get converted, and the ones that do, give errors. I tried for 2 weeks to get support. Nothing. Don't waste your time here.

Added after Heyzine's reply: I have used the exact same PDFs on three other flipbook platforms. All the others detect all the links. The reply above is essentially the same as from your support; that the problem is on my side (when no other provider has the same problem). I did get a response to the ticket. Then it was escalated to the technical team. There was no further follow up.
