We're using Heyzine for our digital publication, and it's been great! It's such an easy-to-use platform, and the support team is always there to help. We would definitely recommend heyzine!

We love using Heyzine for our annual event. We upload our eProgram and create a QR code that we share with event attendees. It allows everyone with a smartphone to view the program easily, flip between the pages, all while saving us expensive printing costs and paper use. Thanks Heyzine!

They cheat. You can not get your file for free. At the end they ask for paid subsription. Use another apps, this one is a waste of time

Follow up and support offered after a problem (one caused by our organization as it transpired) encountered was impressive! Timely, sympathetic and very well communicated.

I had to update 2 customer brochures today and was dreading resetting all the links...until I discovered that I could simply replace the pdf!!!

This meant no back end work or website HTML coding was required. Yay and YAY!!!!

I just completed my first flipbook. Heyzine is an easy to use software with excellent features I did not know I needed. :-)

Our organization recently switched from another platform to Heyzine because they offer a quality online experience for a much more reasonable price. We have only had to reach out to their support team once and their rep was right back to us with our issue already fixed. Thank you, Heyzine!

I've used the free version for a personal project (which worked really well) and now looking to upgrade - I had a lot of questions for the support team about particular features, and they were super helpful. It's a really great deal for the features you get.

I am so please with Heyzine and I can't recommend it enough. Whenever I 'Heyzine' my PDFs, they get upgraded and my clients and readers just love it, and find it much nicer, more interesting and attractive way than just reading a PDF.

I purchased 15 flipbooks but if I upload more than 6 the files are automatically deleted after a few hours. I have already reported the problem but unfortunately it has not been resolved. The service would be good but this problem has created many problems for me with the shared links of various projects.

Amazing website, providing up to 5 free books. Easy to upload, and do some edits. Super support team! Had an issue and it has been resolved in 15 min! What a service! will definitely recommend to other business! Thank you!

This system is very easy and effective to use, and what I REALLY LOVE is their support. I've had two contacts with them over the past year and each time they treat me like a blue ribbon winner, when in actual fact I'm still on the starting blocks.

In reply, Your emails are skant and Heyzine is skirting the problem. The purpose of the Library is to add several ebooks that are password protected through the use of a singular password that protects all the eBooks from being copied. Your solution to create a second password to open a ebook in a library that is initially password protected is ludicrous. Once one of the eBooks is opened in the library the address in the Google search bar can be copied and sent anywhere and password protection is now missing and can be forwarded onto countless other parties at a great financial loss to ourselves. There has to be a simple solution whereby any eBook opened out of the Library is directly linked to the Library password and any attempt by a third party to try and open it through links or any other method must require the Library Password. The person using the library should not be inconvenienced through having to enter secondary passwords to secure what in essence is a bug in your system.

I have been a Heyzine user for many years and have actively used your creator. Recently i picked up a problem and have been dealing with Albert Labada trying to resolve a password issue on your eBook Library. There is a bug in your Library section whereby the Password protection can be bypassed by copying the link in the browser and then forwarding the link to anyone and the Password no longer works. Despite several emails and your help section on your portal there seems to be no solution and it now seems Albert is ignoring me as he no longer responds. Please can someone sort this out as it is a bug that affects all your users.
