Have a look a previous negative reviews. They pretty much summarised my experience. If you are going to do a course with them, perhaps do it in person. Online, depending on your luck, you might end up with no support, no constructive feedback, wasting money and time on extensions, resubmissions and/or appeals. If you need to contact them, my advice is to do it through their sales department…student or tutor support seems to be unavailable most of the time. I hope that if you decide to go with them you are one of the lucky ones! All the best.

Never had to write a bad review before. But have to say I am extremely disappointed with HFE. I paid £545 for the L3 Personal Trainer course. From day one I received no support at all from my tutor. Literally did all the online training by myself. Had probably 2 phone calls in 10 months. So I got to 94% complete, all I needed to do was the practical videos of me teaching in the gym. Couldn't even get passed L2 gym instructor. Video got referred twice. The first time in depth, the second time Couldn't even get my name correct and had about 2 sentences. Each time the video is referred have to pay £75 to resubmit. If you want to appeal the assessment it will also cost you another £50. This company has no intention or interest in you achieving the qualification. They put up barriers to make it impossible to pass. All they are interested in is making as much money from you as possible. I feel very angry, frustrated and let down. Spent nearly £1000 and wasted nearly 12 months for nothing.

I recently completed my L3 Mat Pilates course with HFE and would highly recommend! The layout of the course worked well with my full time job and was able to chip away at it across 6 months. My live weekend tutor Lorna was fantastic and it really helped clearly shaping the requirements and deepened my understandings of the overall course. My tutor Eleana was superb too. She went above and beyond for me and was a huge help throughout the whole course. I was in a different time zone the whole course which did make it tricky but Eleana made sure I was able to get everything finished in the timeframe I had. So stoked to be fully qualified and get out there and start teaching!

I loved this course! It was really well organised and all the learning materials were excellent. I enjoyed the in person weekends, the instructors were so knowledgeable and getting to do it along side the other girls was so motivating.

I have been studying towards with HFE for about 6 months and found the online learning accessible and upto date. Whilst I struggled with my own time management, i felt supported along the way and am considering another course with them!

Great online peri natal course including handbook. Tutor provided detailed feedback and someone was always available to help. Highly recommend.

I have had a great experience from start to finish with my L3 Mat Pilates course. The team were incredibly helpful and so so positive. Gosia carried out my final practical assessment and was fantastic. My tutor, Molly, was fab too.

Personal Tutor Tom was extremely helpful. Any issue, any question would be answered very quickly both through phone and email. Very knowledgeable.

I really enjoyed the virtual sessions and the easy lay out of the assignment system. Eleana was a brilliant support tutor. all round great experinace from HFE

I’ve just completed the Level 3 Personal Training course with HFE and honestly couldn’t recommend them enough. The course content was well structured, easy to follow and gave me the confidence and knowledge needed to move forward in the fitness industry.

A huge thank you to Tom for all the support throughout the course. He was incredibly knowledgeable, approachable, and always willing to help whenever I had questions or needed guidance. He’s also good fun to chat with ☺️

The support from HFE as a whole was amazing, and the learning experience felt professional, organised and enjoyable. If you’re considering a Personal Training qualification, HFE is a fantastic choice.

I learned so much during my time with HFE the tutors were so supportive and lovely, I am now ready to go out and do my own thing.

I just completed my Level 2 Gym instructor's course. The content and quality of the online learning material is fantastic which allows you to complete the course at your own pace. Great support from the assigned tutor too.

Brilliant course with facilitators who know so much about everything it blows your mind! They’re so informed but also great at articulating the content so people like myself who have no background in any of this gets it. Shout out to Molly for answering all my questions throughout!

A really informative course full of specific knowledge. Really easy system to use when filling out your internal and external assessments. My tutor Katy has been the biggest support, nothing is too much for the team/tutors. Really helpful and offer lots of guidance. Would recommend this fantastic course to anyone, you won’t regret it :)

The course has taught me alot and I have enjoyed it very much. The support i recieved from my course tutor Danielle and the team at Hfe was 1st class. I highly recommend HFE.

I recently completed the Level 3 Yoga course with HFE and honestly couldn’t recommend it enough. The course was incredibly in depth and definitely challenging, but in the best possible way.
I chose the in person training weekends and practical assessment route, and the tutors were absolutely fantastic throughout. They were supportive, knowledgeable and created such a positive learning environment. I was also really lucky to be part of such an amazing group of learners and together we built a really encouraging and supportive atmosphere.

A special mention also goes to my support tutor Molly, who was brilliant from start to finish. She was always there to help with both technical and course related questions, while also encouraging me to think independently and work things out for myself which really helped my learning.

My experience with HFE was very positive. Learning materials were great, there was lots of help and support when you needed it. Face to face / Zoom practical sessions / education delivered by very knowledgeable, professional, approachable individuals. Lots of time to ask questions. Friendly staff on the end of the phone, very willing to help.

I have loved the in person training days!! Sarah and Tracey were amazing teachers and were so supportive. I’ve learnt so much. Thank you!!
