Lorna is a great teacher I’ve enjoyed my Level 3 Mat in Person days so much, I have gained so much confidence and made amazing memories with my group :)

The course was very comprehensive and professional in it’s content covering all aspects of what is needed to be a fitness instructor.

I am currently enrolled in Level 3 and I have been extremely happy with my experience so far. The program provides everything you need to feel confident about teaching Pilates to a very high standard. The content is comprehensive but it is presented in a way that feels approachable and easy to follow.
The quality of the video tutorials is excellent. They are engaging and pleasant to watch and they have a very personal feel that makes it seem as though you're there learning in person. The instructors explain concepts clearly and break down each exercise in a way that makes it easy to understand how to adapt movements for different bodies and abilities.
The applied anatomy and physiology content is also detailed and thorough and it's not ever overwhelming, which I wasn't expecting, because I have never studied anatomy and thought it would be much more difficult to learn about. I have to say I have really learned so much watching these videos and then reviewing because of how it's presented. There are even some jokes thrown in here and there! The manuals and videos work together really well, which makes it straightforward to learn the new material and solidify and review concepts either during or afterwards.
Finally, I can't say enough about the support from the instructors and staff. They are approachable, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to help. Whenever I have had questions, they have taken the time to listen and provide help and guidance. A special shout out to Eleana who has been truly wonderful.
I highly recommend this program to anyone considering Pilates teacher training. It is well structured and very professionally delivered. I feel it will give me the knowledge and confidence I need to begin teaching effectively. Very happy I enrolled.

Just completed my mat and reformer Pilates qualifications and can’t fault any of the process from the depth of the online learning to the in person days. I was always able to contact someone over the phone when I needed help and my tutor Dani was very helpful throughout the whole process. Thank you!!!

Extremely patient and supportive staff. Training materials all of a high quality and easy to use. I found the instructions for the practical at the end very confusing, but the staff worked with me to ensure I was able to find my way through it all.

I completed my level 3 mat pilates course. The support team were absolutely incredible, fantastic at answering the phone, someone always to answer any questions. As someone who was worried about doing the course partly remotel, the online help exceeded my expectations. A special shout out to my support tutor Molly who was always so enthuasiastic an guided me through the course from day 1 all the way to completing my final assessment. 100% would recommend HFE for fitness courses!

Loved my in person experience doing the mat and reformer classes, as the teachers were always helpful, knowledge and helpful with career advise. The class participants for everyone weekend were so supportive and sweet, helping build confidence and mae the weekend fun.

Along with online support from Eleanor and Dawn, always available if needed and lovely to speak with.

The online material were easy to access and use !

I got a lot of enjoyment out of my 2 Pilates courses that I did with HFE earlier in the year. I met some lovely girls and feel like I am leaving with confidence to teach.

The course was more demanding than I thought. Without the support from Eleana Starford I would never have made it. She kept me going when I nearly lost it!! Just motivating me and believing in me was priceless. I am soo grateful 🙏🏾

A well rounded course with a learning platform that is adapted to meet the needs of lots of different styles of learners.

The in-person dates were great, my instructor Hannah Michael was wonderful. She was so knowledgeable and approachable and helped bring out the best in everyone a future instructor preparing for assessment.

My support tutor Eleana and all of the HFE team were always very receptive and friendly on the phone.

I’d happily recommend this course to anyone looking to qualify as a Level 3 Mat Pilates Instructor.

I had such an amazing experience doing my L3 Diploma in Mat Pilates teaching with HFE. My support tutor Molly was incredible and was always there to help me with any questions I had, big or small! If Molly was unavailable the other tutors we also wonderful and did everything they could to assist me. The course materials were thorough and the course itself was organised perfectly. Dawn was an incredible tutor too for my online zoom calls, doing a course at distance can be tricky but they all made it very manageable and I’m thrilled with the course. I would certainly use them again for more courses!
