Amazing I could not ask for more it just so helpful and they really care about the best interest of the learners

I would highly recommend HFE if you are looking to train as a Pilates teacher , the whole course was well designed , covering all expects of learning both on line and face to face . The Tutors were exceptional in their knowledge and really approachable , the course work came with clear instructions and videos and using the the HFE learner portal was also easy to navigate .

A really comprehensive and enjoyable course. The study guides were clear and the online coursework was very knowledgeable. My tutor Danielle was extremely helpful throughout. I would highly recommend.

I’ve just passed my Level 3 Diploma in Pilates, and I honestly can’t express how amazing this experience has been!

My support tutor, Eleana, regularly kept in touch with me and made sure I was on the right track throughout the course. She was so friendly and never made you feel silly for asking questions.

My course tutors, Tracy and Gosia, along with Sarah for the final weekend, were all incredibly helpful, patient, and supportive. I’ve come away feeling completely different to how I felt when I started. They’ve helped me build my confidence in teaching, and you can tell they genuinely want the very best for every student.

I also can’t forget to mention the lovely group of girls I got to share this experience with – including my mum, who joined me to support me throughout the course!

As soon as I’ve finished the coursework, I’ll be moving on to my Reformer Pilates qualification, and I can’t wait for the next step.

I’ve recently completed level 2 gym instructor. It is a well structured course with comprehensive materials including books, videos and interactive modules to suit every learning style. I received excellent support from tutor Eleana, who checked in regularly and was readily available and responsive if I had a question. Feedback from assessments was useful and developmental. This course was incredibly straight forward for being self taught and self motivated, this comes down to how easy to use the programme and materials are. The support received was always helpful and positive, for me this help was particularly delivered by Eleana Stafford who was always friendly when communicating with and provided me with confidence going forth.

Did my L2 fitness instructor course here, it was amazing the workbooks are detailed and very helpful. The online course is easy to navigate and was a great way to learn whilst working full time. An amazing course, so flexible and fit perfectly round my 9-5 job. Everyone was so lovely and went above and beyond to ensure that you passed this course. Would recommend to anybody wanting to train to become a pilates instructor. HFE you will be seeing me for my reformer course very soon!

The course was excellent from start to finish. It was well structured, easy to follow, and provided a clear learning pathway throughout.
The workshop weekends were particularly valuable, and Lucy was a fantastic tutor. She explained clearly how to plan and deliver a Pilates class effectively, combining theory with practical sessions that helped build my confidence. I was very nervous at first, but Lucy was patient, supportive, and encouraging throughout the process.
I also received excellent support from my support tutor, who was always available to provide guidance and assistance when needed. Overall, I found the course to be an extremely positive and rewarding experience. I would definitely recommend and will go with HFE if I decide to do any extra training thank you so much

Tutors were great Lesley and Issie - very knowledgeable, felt well prepared for final assessment and they gave some really useful tips. Very encouraging and built confidence of whole group.

As a personal trainer who has had my own experience of an eating disorder, this has not only helped me learn about myself but also learn the different types and how I can assist my clients who may have or are showing signs of an eating disorder. really informative course and great value for money!
