Really useful course, great support,

I recently completed my practical Pilates assessment in London. I was very impressed by the knowledge, professionalism and care shown by the tutors Sarah and Amy. Sarah the lead tutor was incredibly knowledgeable of Pilates - every session was wow and she’s a great role model for us aspiring tutors ! The sessions were filled with brilliant insights into effectively teaching Pilates, drawing on anatomy, and the classical Pilates method. I hope to become as fluent in Pilates as she is. The training days were long and required a lot of focus, but so grateful to both tutors for putting in all their energy and effort into imparting their knowledge and techniques.

I like the HFE online courses because they allow flexibility and studying at own pace. Very well organised material and very good and supportive tutors. Totally recommended.

I've just passed my L3 Mat Pilates course and it's been such a fulfilling experience with HFE. The learning materials are in-depth and easy to dive into at your own pace, the in-person teaching weekends were so much fun and engaging, and my tutor, Eleanor, was always easy to reach if I ever needed. It's hard work at times, but you get out what you put in. I'll most certainly continue my training with HFE, and look forward to Reformer or L4 in the very near future. Thank you so much!

I had an excellent experience completing the Level 3 Award in Supporting Participation in Physical Activity: Perinatal with HFE. The course content was comprehensive, well-structured, and easy to follow. The case studies encouraged me to apply what I had learned to real-life situations, which helped build my confidence.

The viva assessment focused on understanding and applying knowledge rather than simply memorising information. I found this very valuable, as it enabled me to explain how I would safely support antenatal and postnatal clients in my own professional practice.

I successfully passed with 100%, and I now feel much more confident supporting pregnant and postnatal clients through safe and effective exercise. I would recommend this course to any fitness professional looking to expand their knowledge and skills in perinatal exercise.

Amazing super good course and efficient for if you’re away!

This the second course I’ve done with HFE. Lovely tutors and a supportive environment

Very in depth, really care about teachig pilates properly in its classic form.

Great experience

Fantastic to have a course that is 100% online. Easy to sign up and access all the resources on the online platform. The live online course dates were really informative and helpful I had a great tutor too.

I chose HFE because of its reputation, but unfortunately my experience was extremely disappointing.

Throughout my course I experienced poor communication, long periods without tutor support, and repeated delays in receiving answers to important questions. By the time I attended the Reformer practical weekend, I already felt stressed due to the lack of support. The practical itself was rushed, I did not feel supported by the tutor when I asked questions, and I left feeling so distressed that I was unable to return for the second day.

I raised a formal complaint immediately and provided evidence, but my concerns were dismissed. Rather than addressing the issues I had raised, I was repeatedly offered the option to pay additional fees to transfer my course. Even now, after my complaint has concluded and my course has expired, I am still receiving emails inviting me to pay £100 to continue.
The whole experience had a significant impact on my confidence and wellbeing.

I never expected to feel so unsupported by a training provider, and I am deeply disappointed that my concerns were not meaningfully acknowledged. I hope HFE places greater emphasis on supporting its learners and resolving complaints fairly in the future.

Really good experience with HFE. They were very supportive and answered all my questions with also providing me with their great time. My support tutor was Tom and he was amazing.

I have been teaching movements for years, but having training with HFE enrinch my knnowledge (hugely). The modules are structured well, updated, clear instructions and easy to follow. The preparation before rge trainings all sufficients , online and offline. My great millions thanks for my tutor Claire Roberts. She is wonderful and knowledgable teachers, and also fun. Making the trainings look nice and easy to follow. HFE is lucky to have her in tutor team.

In person training days were amazing. Clare really supported me and was so kind and caring. Made all the difference

The tutors (Eleana & Dawn) were great and very helpful whenever I had any questions. The in person days with Lorna in Glasgow were really good, she is so knowledgable and very supportive. I enjoyed both the mat & reformer Pilates courses and was impressed with the course content, I have learned so much and very greatful to HFE😊

I've been studying with HFE for a few years now and I've just booked my 3rd course with them. I've always found the communication between tutor and learner excellent and there is always a quick response to queries. The learning format is easy to follow, structured well and straightforward. My tutor Tom has been very supportive and found his friendly demeanour very reassuring.

HARA is absolutely the best! My experience during the reformer phase of the course was amazing. She is incredibly knowledgeable, she explained concepts thoroughly, provided excellent guidance throughout the practical sessions, and always made sure we understood the material. Her support, encouragement, and expertise helped build my confidence and enhanced my learning experience. She creates a positive and engaging environment, and I am grateful for everything I learned from her during my reformer studies. HFE needs instructors just like Hara! Absolute STAR ☆
