I’ve just completed my L3 Supporting Participation in Physical Activity for Menopause. This on line course was easy to follow, lots of video lectures, a virtual manual to read, Q&As and a case study. A fascinating delve into Menopause. Highly Recommend. My Tutor Dani was on hand to take calls and answer emails whenever I needed assistance or motivation

Just completed my yoga qualification. Special thanks to Molly Marsden who gave me unstinting support throughout. She really helped me get over the finish line and qualify.

The course was amazing and informative. Everyone at HFE was really friendly and inviting and gave lots and lots of support. I would recommend if you are wanting to complete a fitness course.

Frazar was an outstanding teacher over the weekends for both the lvl 2 Gym Instructor and lvl 3 PT courses. It was a comprehensive, hands on, fun experience and I really felt I learnt valuable tools to take into my career going forward.

Amazing coaching! At beginning, I only signed up for the level 2 because I was going to see if I like it or not. Turns out I absolutely loved it so I singled up my level 3. Trust me, studying with HFE is the best decision you will ever made.

I can't recommend HFE highly enough. The PT level 2 and 3 course was well structured, professionally delivered and provided an excellent balance of theory and practical learning. The support throughout was fantastic, and I finished the course feeling confident and well prepared to begin as a Personal Trainer.

The biggest reason for this was Frazar. He is genuinely the best tutor I've ever had. His knowledge is outstanding, but what impressed me most was his ability to explain all topics in a way that was easy to understand. He was always patient, approachable and willing to spend extra time making sure everyone fully understood the content before moving on.

Frazar created a relaxed, positive learning environment where everyone felt comfortable, while still maintaining high standards and encouraging us to be the best they could be. His feedback was always constructive, motivating and tailored to each individual, which really helped build my confidence throughout the course.

If you're thinking about completing your PT qualifications, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend HFE. And if you're lucky enough to have Frazar as your tutor, you're in the very best hands.

His professionalism, encouragement, patience, and willingness to help made a real difference to my learning experience. He took the time to explain concepts clearly, answered questions thoroughly, and provided constructive feedback that helped me develop my skills and confidence as I progressed through the course.

John was an excellent assessor. He was thorough, fair, and highly professional in his assessments. When some of my coursework was referred, his detailed and constructive feedback clearly identified the areas that needed improvement. This enabled me to fine-tune my work, strengthen my submissions, and ultimately achieve a pass. His feedback was always clear, supportive, and focused on helping me meet the required standard, which I really appreciated.

HFE exceeded all of my expectations. From the very beginning, I felt fully supported throughout my Mat and Reformer Pilates qualification. The tutor support was exceptional, they were always reassuring, encouraging, and took the time to answer every question and provide valuable guidance whenever I needed it.
Their support gave me the confidence to complete the course, and I genuinely don’t think I could have done it without them. I couldn’t recommend HFE highly enough to anyone looking to qualify as a Pilates instructor.

The online course is very well structured, with a lot of resources available to support learning, including videos, handbooks, and clear guidance on how to complete the course. I really enjoyed my Mat Pilates training with HFE. The instructors, Tracy and Zoe, were amazing—so knowledgeable, supportive, and kind. They created a welcoming learning environment, easing us in and helping us develop our skills at the right pace.

HFE have been a great course, everything is easy to follow along and complete and your own pace. Eleana my tutor especially has been an amazing help whenever i got stuck on anything. She helped resolve it immediately and supported me a lot during the course which helped massively. Would definitely recommend the course for anyone looking to get their level 3 diploma in personal training.

Terrible company and everything about them! Please avoid and read negative reviews before signing with them!
Seems like a lot of people had similar experiences as me with them. Choose another company to study!
They don’t provide any support at tutoring (my tutor was Danielle Sharrock), keep referring you and charging additional fees for any move you need make to complete the course.

My tutor eleana was incredibly kind and helpful throughout, especially when life was getting in the way for me! She was really understanding and was an excellent tutor.

The online experience with HFE was great. It was easy to email or call if any help was needed and the overall course was explained well. I enjoyed the online weekends which were super informative and interactive. I had Eleana for my final VIVA assessment call and she was absolutely lovely!
