I really enjoyed the Level 3 Supporting Participation in Physical Activity for Menopause. The tutorials were all videos and really easy to digest and all of the support material was understandable. Coaches really helpful. Would highly recommend HFE for anyone who is looking for further education and CPD.

I really enjoyed my L3 Diploma in teaching Mat with HFE - the learning support tutors were really friendly and readily available - Thank you Molly!
The course materials and textbooks were so in depth - and will definitely stay with me as I begin my Pilates career!

The course was excellent start to finish and I could not recommend HFE any higher! I qualified alongside my full time job in just six months and met amazing people along the way. Big shoutout to Molly (my tutor) and Dawn who were so supportive throughout the course!

I loved doing my Level 3 Mat and Reformer Pilates course with HFE!! The in person training weekends were amazing and the tutors Sarah and Amy were super encouraging and supportive! My support tutor Molly was amazing and always happy to answer all of my questions. I also had Dani as one of my support tutors and she was incredible, spent a lot of time helping me and providing me with super useful feedback which I will carry with me now that I am qualified! She really could not have done more for me!! Thank you so much to the team at HFE!!

I had a really good experience with HFE. So much so that several people I know signed up too! I did level 3 pilates and it was brilliant beginning to end. Massive thanks to Danielle S and to Dawn and Hara for the tutoring and Training.

I've now done two qualifications through HFE, and both have been really positive experiences. I can't recommend the in person courses enough, the quality of instruction is amazing, the tutors are really helpful and supportive, and the learning support staff provide additional support as and when you need it. The self study component is well put together, and I found it really helpful that a lot of the in-person content reinforced the material. My tutors for both mat and Reformer were excellent, very knowledgeable, and really challenging us (in the best way possible!) to provide good instruction and understand why we were doing what we were doing.

Did my Level 2 Fitness Instructor & Level 3 Personal Trainer courses with them, really helpful throughout and always responded to any questions promptly. Would recommend.

The course was very intense but all the tutors on practical days were brilliant also .
I really didn’t think I could achieve this certification but will all the support of my tutors and Eleanor I did . Would highly recommend you .

L3 Mat Pilates - course and on site assessment at Cardiff concluding 13/09. Absolutely brilliant experience and outstanding training provided by Sarah Wilson.

Sarah has the ability to break down and explain complex subjects so that they were accessible and enjoyable at all levels. She is warm, approachable, clearly highly experienced and managed to maintain that tricky balance between professionalism whilst quietly maintaining high standards.

The staff here are really helpful and always willing to help. It offers great flexibility for busy professionals and mums and competitive pricing for the value added. My favourite part is the face to face contact days which gives you opportunity to glean from the assessors and the more experienced students. Marking can be a little slow sometimes, didn't experience this with my mat Pilates qualification though, but all you need is to call and it's always sorted ASAP. I've done 3 courses now with HFE and counting. Would have given 5 stars but that will leave no room for improvement.

Sarah our assessor and instructor was amazing. She has an amazing way of making every make sense, her knowledge and understanding is exceptional. The support and understanding i received from her made the difference, I can’t thank her enough.

I’ve had such a great experience completing my Pilates course with HFE. Clare Roberts and Tracey Need were both absolutely amazing throughout the course. They were so knowledgeable, supportive and approachable, and always took the time to explain everything clearly and answer any questions.

They both made me feel really comfortable and at ease during the practical sessions, which helped so much with building my confidence. You can really tell how experienced and passionate they both are about Pilates. I’d definitely recommend HFE to anyone looking to complete their Pilates qualification. A huge thank you to Clare and Tracey for making the experience so positive!

She has been incredibly supportive, patient and encouraging, and her guidance and feedback have really helped me build my confidence and develop as an instructor.

I really enjoyed the level 3 mat Pilates course with HFE from day 1. The material they sent home was very good and useful. The practical days were spectacular. The instructors were very knowledgeable, happy to help and always smiling. The whole programme is very well planned, easygoing and really prepares you for a better career in Pilates. I enjoyed it so much! Thank you so much HFE! Also a big shout out to Molly Marsden and to Clare Roberts for always being there when I needed them the most!

Great support from the tutors throughout the learning and the practical assessments.

Sometimes marking work was a little slow, but it is to be expected when HFE is so popular.
