HHE Energy Ltd Reviews

Smooth operation from start to finish, great bunch of guys. Thanks again

the workers couldn’t have been any better if they tried. Even cleaned up after themselves so my elderly gran didn’t have any problems getting into her room. They were honestly amazing she had nothing but nice things to say about them they explained what was going on to her

Was very pleased with the job from start to finish would highly recommend all positive.

I’ll be honest I wasn’t looking forward to getting a new heating system installed
But from start to finish I would highly recommend HHE Energy Ltd to anyone the two installers where absolutely brilliant knew what they were doing and I could leave them to get on with the job
Also took all the rubbish away and left the place clean

Brilliant service from start to finish, this is the type of company you want to be dealing with. Clear communication, turned up when they said they would. Done a great job, all the staff were friendly and helpful and couldn't fault them at all.

The information given at the beginning of the process was well explained and all correct. The delivery of the equipment to install was pre warned and delivered on time. The people who did the install turned up on time, they gave time frame for the install and kept to that time. They made sure all carpets and flooring were covered while the work was carried out and cleared away any remaining waste. They filled out all the paperwork and fully explained how the system worked before leaving.

The guys Sam and John were fantastic from start to finish. Made sure everything was working before they finished, showed us everything answered all our questions. Brilliant company and these guys were fantastic.

Outstanding service from start to finish!! From the initial contact from the courteous girls in the office who took the time to find a suitable time for me, then the home visit and thorough technical survey, the helpful and pleasant delivery guys of the goods the efficient carpet fitter and the installation guys who completed a really tidy job. I'm never comfortable having work done in my house, however, on this occasion I felt at ease due to the courteous manner displayed by everyone I met, every person who walked through my door was respectful. Sorry if I missed anyone out. Top marks all round

Absolutely fantastic company. Couldn't be happier with our new heating system. The workers were friendly and informative and did an incredible job, going above and beyond to finish everything to a high standard and make sure we were satisfied. Great communication from the company before and during the installation, and reassuring aftercare. Highly recommend.

The team at HHE are first class. The team were very efficient tidy and so accommodating. It was a pleasure to have HHE install my heating, air source system and battery. I would fully recommend HHE to assist anyone with their heating requirements. A very reliable and reputable company.

Absolutely first class company in every respect! Cant recommend them highly enough.
Had full central heating system, new boiler, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms fitted. Initial survey was carried out by Michael who was so kind and explained everything clearly to me....suggested changing existing pipe layout which saved me a fortune having to lift and replace my solid oak floor. Chloe and Elidh in the office kept me updated re my installation and delivery of boiler etc...put up with and answered all my questions...nothing was too much bother....what lovely ladies they are. Brian and Adam arrived bang on time as arranged, explained process to me and did a fabulous job, they even went out of their way to hide pipes which I'd previously had to have boxed in, my new system is absolutely amazing, they made sure I know how to work it (no mean feat!) and zero mess. They even helped me move my bed etc back in place. Alan the electrician solved a problem with a socket and positioned my new smoke detector system perfectly. Jamie came out and bricked round the flue with matching brick and checked I was happy with everything. What a fabulous team they all are! Nothing is too much trouble and aside from fabulous workmanship and customer service they are all genuinely kind. Can't thank them enough and wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Thanks so so so much!

Had a full new central heating system installed with a new gas boiler from this company. Absolutely fantastic workmanship, absolutely no mess was left and had the whole works completed in a day, super friendly and knowledgeable workmen who explained everything about the work they carried out. Highly recommend this company.
