Bryan and Adam came to instal the boiler and they did all the radiators with minimal disturbance. I was imagining the house would have been a right mess but they did a great job and tried to accommodate us as much as possible. They both went above and beyond and were lovely and very professional. They were in for a day and a half then the electrician came, Alan, once he had finished everything he went over all the heating system with both of us and before leaving asked if we needed help in putting anything back in place. Overall great job and honestly we put the heating on and the house was roasting .. great job, great system and overall highly recommended.

Very impressed with dealings throughout with helpful Admin staff,very friendly survey visit which ensured we knew exactly what was going to be carried out workwise,guys carrying out the install arrived bang on time and carried out work that same day as promised and left house really tidy and finally visit from Jimmy following install to make everything was good and it certainly was.Definitely recommend.

On first meeting nothing was left unexplained was rest assured about every detail about the installation of our new boiler and radiators. Jamie the owner of HHE ENERGY instilled us with confidence that the job would be done to a high standard.

Chloe has been super giving me updates times of carpet fitters deliveries anything I needed to know nothing nothing was a bother. Absolutely fantastic experience from beginning to end. Professional, tidy and really friendly guys. Went above and beyond to give us exactly what we wished for in a timely manner. They arrived when planned, completed when predicted and left the house immaculate when they left. Any questions were answered immediately whether I called or emailed HHE. I was eager to write a Review on the service that I received from HHE, from start to finish they were professional and friendly, from Eilidh and Chloe who were the initial contacts, very polite and nothing was any bother, arranged dates for the work to commence that was suitable for myself as I work full time

Jamie visited to undertake the initial survey, advising me of the work to be done prior to the workmen’s visit, again very professional and polite

Sam, who was tasked with fitting my boiler arrived right on time and first impressions were very positive, he put down dust sheets on my flooring thus protecting it and got on with the work in hand, quietly and efficiently, nothing was too much bother and he was very polite and considerate throughout his time in my home, left my kitchen area clean and tidy, not very often that happens with tradesmen, excellent work Sam

Alan, the electrician arrived and introduced himself, extremely pleasant throughout and nothing was any bother, discussed with myself where I wished to have my smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detector and heat detector located, again my home was left clean and tidy

Jamie visited my home after installation to check on the work that had been completed, I enquired about how I could manage the controls for my new boiler, nothing was any bother for Jamie, he gave me a step by step guide to using my boiler at the most economical settings

I have been more than happy with my new boiler installation and additional safety features, I would not hesitate recommending HHE Energy Ltd to my family and friends, they are so professional, friendly and arrive and leave with a smile on their faces

I don't normally do these surveys, But I thought that this company deserved a "customer feedback review"
What a great company and employees HHE are. From Steve coming out for the initial survey, letting us know what would need done prior to the workmen's arrival. Chloe in the office was very informative and kept us informed with dates and times etc.
The installer of our boiler Sam arrived on time and the first thing he did was put down floor and carpet protection. He did a fantastic job tidying the pipe layout to boiler, as the previous layout was a mess. Sam just gets on with the job at hand and a quality install it was. He ren through the operation and control set-up, when he was finished he left the room and workplace clean and tidy.
Alan, the electrician was very customer focus when installing the smoke and heat detectors, asking us where "We" wanted them located, not just slap-dash like most would do. As for running his cables to the boiler ALL was done with the cable run under the floor and again he left the workplace clean and tidy. I would thoroughly recommend HHE for any future work you are considering, that is within their scope of works.

It’s been a very long time since I’ve experienced customer service like this! From my initial point of contact with Chloe to Eilidh and of course Jamie, who did a very thorough survey and left nothing to doubt. HHE communication skills as a whole is EXCELLENT. As for the work again, EXCELLENT! Kyle & John were fantastic! Left no mess whatsoever & everything working like a dream! Chris (independent of HHE) also did some joinery and tbh was the actual star! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

Customer service is VERY much the main focus, which nowadays is indeed a rarity. The office staff and company lead, Jamie, bent over backwards to accommodate my boiler replacement by a specific date. I can’t thank this company enough. Ailidh kept me informed about when to expect delivery of materials, time and date workmen would arrive etc. she was also very helpful about questions I had thank you Ailidh.
Workmen arrived on time very professional and tidied up completely after finish.
Jamie the surveyor was very efficient and explained what was required before the workmen came.
He came back check the work had been carried out to standard and explained all the working and temperature s to be set.

Supply, delivery and installation all carried out as advised. The fitters worked to schedule and left property in a tidy manner. Full boiler and radiator system installed with space of one day. Excellent service and fitters very professional.

Delighted with our new heating system. We had 6 radiators and a new boiler fitted. The guys arrived bang on time and worked all day!
They were very polite and helpful and did a great job.
Chloe in the office was very helpful too when I had to get in touch.

HHE Energy recently installed a new boiler, radiators and associated pipework for us and did an excellent job. They arrived on time, finished sooner than expected, left the place tidy and, most importantly, did a great job of installing the system. The office staff were at all times helpful, honest and efficient and went well beyond what was necessary to help the whole process run smoothly.
We would 100% use this company again.
