Reading previous reviews I can understand other people’s gripes as I’ve had in the past from other sellers.
However I purchased a Houston XP HiFi system from them and was delighted with the overall service. A great price for this little 6 in 1 system with WiFi speakers that put out a great sound.
Delivery date was met on time and overall well happy.

Excellent service from placing order to receiving. The system was well packed and protected within a sturdy cardboard box. Installation was simple with only having to connect speakers. Quality of sound is good and have enjoyed trying out the various devices, I have yet to try downloading onto USB stick. The instructions are fairly straightforward to apply. Really pleased with purchase.

Amazing product and first class customer service
Amazing product and first class customer service. I bought a system for my husband's birthday and paid for express delivery. I had a message from Mark telling me when to expect it from FedEx and saying they would contact me on the day to let me know a time. On that day, I'd heard nothing from FedEx so contacted HiFi Systems worrying it wasn't coming. I expected a delay in a response but within five minutes Mark messaged me back with FedEx delivery information and time to expect it. It was delivered as Mark had advised. My husband is a nightmare to buy for but he absolutely loves the hifi- the sound quality is amazing! I would definitely recommend.

Throwback music enjoyment!
The whole process from ordering to delivery was very good. The system came well packaged with additional smaller items arriving in a separate delivery. I’ve already had hours of enjoyment playing all my vinyl, CD’s and tapes. I love that I can also use the Bluetooth to stream music too. It’s being used daily. I can definitely recommend

Very poor
Very poor. We ordered and were informed of a new stock 28 July. Emailed twice, no reply just to find out the status of our order - NOTHING! Tried to phone the company, just ring with a message saying I’m top of the queue- waited half an hour for someone to answer STILL NOTHING. We have already paid for this order… so upsetting

Thank you to Mark
Having placed my order, I realised that I had ordered the wrong model. I contacted the sales department and received a reply from Mark who advised me to re-order the correct model and further advised that a refund for the original order would be given. Unfortunately due to an error on my part, I re-ordered from a different company. Mark telephoned me immediately and assisted me in rectifying my error.
I cannot thank Mark enough for his courtesy, kindness and help during this process.
My new order, The Phoenix model, has arrived and the refund for my original order has been made.
My grateful thanks again to Mark for his patience and understanding.
