I relocated to the UK from Nairobi, Kenya, and I must say, Higson Homes made my transition incredibly smooth. Before my arrival, I paid the holding deposit back in Nairobi, and upon reaching the UK, I was warmly welcomed at their offices.

Megan Sanderson helped me find a flat and onboard in under a week, she dealt with my urgent emails and got me sorted out with a viewing immediately. Super grateful and so easy to contact and communicate with, great people, definitely recommend if you need trusted landlords and a lovely place to live.

I am in india now but the company realy helped me to find an accomadation easily.The communication was great and in a timely manner.Any queries related to the the accomation answered promptly and clearly.
I am so happy that I was able to find an accomadation in UK before I travel.I am thankful to the company for that.

Joni the owner says I only speak to the owner and owner only.so not me.well if you are name is on the mortgage .what does that make me?ain't rocket science.?My wife sent numerous emails to higsons.To say get in touch with my husband only.Then guess what they get in touch with her.
They employ a guy called des brown to repair. He supposed to be a master craftsman.Aka bodge it and scarper ..takes no photos of the damage.he makes up jobs.
You supposed to get two quotes for a job.to see if one is robbing you.higsons one and one only.
No quote just do the job.and pay the bill?
He I am sure a timed served master butcher.he has memory problems.he dont know the difference between a hinge and lock.he cannot finde work in grimsby.he needs glasses.what a mess he makes.
He has no landline or address.

Please keep away from these two.
Higsons .you sign a contract to say to get consent.it is like talk to the hand because their heads don't want to know.

How they have not been looked into is unbelievable.mark in the office arrogant.he never answers the phone. A junior assistant always takes his calls.he can talk the talk.but no good in delivering.He says your wife agreed by email for the jobs.so prove it.6 weeks later on
Still not proved it.And no apologies? and Rachel is arrogant. She changes the stories from day to day.her and des cannot get their stories straight.Des is that qualified ?
In nothing still awaiting his safety accessors number.claiming to be something but he is not
I believe is a fraud.he not even had a dbs check.and he works in houses.His favorite saying it was a safety issue?He amazed me he not had one complain in 25 years?
Miracle to be precise .You get his worked checked.The person checking it says cannot see what he has done?Or for 25 years experience he butchered it.?
He will tell you he will see a solicitor if you doubt his work?
And he will come around to see you?

Higsons gave me a bill included a new hinge.rachel then told me in an email it was the barrel of the lock.so I emailed bodge it and scarper .said I have a problem .I have been down to the house my key fits the new lock.how is this possible.he said I have changed the hinge but not the lock.
How two stories are not the same here.
But joni will say you are lieing but I have two emails off these two people saying it.

Got to keep my rented home ive been in for 13 years as Higson homes helped find a new landlord to buy of my old landlord, during a stressfull time they honestly was so helpfull and kept me updated.

I was working with Sasha Aramuch , had a lovely experience she was patient and explaining what I needed to know on time. Thank you Sasha

Spoke on the phone with Megan Sanderson and she was so cheerful and helpful. My inquiries was answered speedily without any delay and she was open to any further information i might need answers to. She spoke in a clear and concise way for me to understand as English is not my first language.

Should be zero stars. This agency will actually not listen to your complaint, they will do nothing to help you. They will not attempt solving your complaints instead they will indirectly call you stupid cause apparently it’s “just you” noticing something wrong, even if that thing will make your life miserable.
Rent with them at your own peril, I effed up the moment I didn’t view the house before paying and moving in.

Poor experience with Higson Homes. Slow on application but quick to cancel application even after holding deposit and having a move in date. It's so disappointing because you don't care about the mental health of applicants and I sense being racist too

I had molds in my bathroom that came up because of my faults. I didn’t realize I caused them, so I reached out to Higson Homes to help me clear them.

They explained to me the things I did to cause the molds to come out and what I shouldn’t be doing, but still helped to clear them as swiftly as possible.

I’m grateful for that

Megan Sanderson attended to my enquiry within a short amount of time and got my issue sorted

Emily Walker has been very helpful and accommodating whilst I have been searching for a property to rent. I am constrained by time and they have managed to fit viewings around me which has been incredible.

The house was lovely and the gentleman that showed us around was brilliant and answered all of our questions. Will definately look at more properties with them

I have only had my property with Higson Homes for a short time and the efficiency and speed they have found a tenant has been excellent. A special thanks to Sasha and Emily who have both made my life hassle free and they are credit to themselves and the agents.

Their coordinator has being of immense help to me, mostly Sasha Aramuch. They called, and also direct me on what to do next. She also aided me with a link to get a proof to rent.
I will say the whole process is a seamless one.
