After that, though, I decided to contact them first and after that they were swift, professional and very efficient. 4 stars and not 5 only because I had to contact them first - had I have waited for them, I probably would have never received my refund

No payment and no response
On 16 July, I received an email confirming my claim had been approved, with the amount to be paid within 14 days. That period has now passed and I have not received the funds and I have got no response from Koala whatever.
At the start of the process the company was very prompt but since then is impossible to contact anyone to see the status of my claim
