Seamless from ordering to installing. Couldn't be happier with the conversion of a (useless) 25 year old bike.

Hilltopper e bike products are excellent quality. Everything they make (except the cells inside the batteries) is made in America.
Customer service is second to none, even though communication is slow via email only. Wonderful people in customer service, especially Sasha. Sasha is an outstanding customer service rep.
I recommend Hilltopper without any reservations.
I may convert a second bicycle to electric sometime later this year, and I guarantee that my second purchase of a conversion kit will also be a Hilltopper kit.

I am extremely happy with my item. So happy in fact I want to buy another one but the one I need for my home in Missouri has to be the stronger one and it is out of my price range at this time. I'm hoping for a sale.
I feel even though it makes my trike electric I still get more exercise then if i didn't have it.

The bikes work great with the new kits installed. The kits arrived quickly and they were quite easy to install. Customer service with Hilltopper was prompt and friendly. The Hilltopper kits work exactly as was promised in the ads. We are very happy with our choice.

I may not always get an immediate response But who cares. They take such good care of me I forget that a waited a respectable amount of time considering they have been working their booties off during a panny while everyone is deciding to try an electric bike. Been a customer for many years and I think they are the slam. Thank you for Hilltopper Humans! I love my bike.

Great product installed kits on a folding 20 inch bike .kit was easy to install end look on bike was better then expected run great battery hold charge well . Kit didn't add much more weight to bike . Would recommend to others

Great product love being able to ride or coast or pedal assist not to mention exercise and not paying for the increase in gas prices.

Supply chain issues delayed my battery6 months. Communication as the status of where and when it would arrivewas poor. Communication with Hilltopper has always been frustrating. Needs improvement.

I bought your 36v Universl replacment battery back in October buthad health issues that kept me from installing it. Then a few weks ago, you sent another by mistake. I decided to keep the more recent one and in its packaging until I got time to work on it and returned the first battery (ideal size and weight for my needs. But when I opened the 2nd battery, it was totally different, too klong and too heavy for my needs and not what was being adverised When I ordered the one delivered in October. In the couple of days beween when I brought in the 2 batteries, and when I asked to get the first one back, they couldn't find it until phone Sasha, who had taken it in.k k Apparently she'd promised it to another customer

Great customer service! With the supply chain crisis things got delayed but they kept me updated and answered all the questions I had! Great company that help its customers out!

Wheel is running very well! Really cut down some effort on commuting, less sweaty after 12+ miles of riding to work. Keep up the good product!

Pros; Good value for the money! All five of my purchases for me and my family from Hilltopper have been five star. Their technical advice has been timely and spot on. The latest Sprinter set is clean and nice looking.
Cons; The wires were extra long, I wish I could figure out some way to hide them.

I own a 2005 3G EZ-Over single speed beach cruiser,which I love.
Wanted an assist for long flat beach rides but didn’t want a multi gear new e-bike.
Researched and found the Hilltopper kit.
Ordered and got it cross country in 7 days.

1/2 hour for kit installation and I was riding a motor assisted bike.
Some more time later to switch out tire,see Hilltopper YouTube,organizing wiring and permanently installing the battery. Ez-Over did not have water bottle anchor holes.
Bike and kit =47 lbs.+me= 281 total weight.
Hit 18 mph on flat beach. Made a 45 degree driveway much easier with me peddling.

Very happy with conversion kit as opposed to buying a new bike.
This kit seems perfect for flat crushing and occasional hills with pedaling help.

Battery charge longevity,yet to be determined but I did ride 10 miles at 10mph with only motor and had no problem.
