Just purchased my third hill topper
Great for getting out with being older and the hills in the state parks are now manageable. I love it. Definitely would recommend it and do. Makes vacations more enjoyable.

I've had my 350w Hilltopper for 6 or 7 years now. As I don't own a car it's my daily driver. I don't think I've taken it out once when I haven't at some point thought...this thing is awesome!

A great way to get into eBiking. Transform the bike you already have into a an eBike. I have enjoyed my kit and it decreased my car commuting by a ton! I've save way more than the price of the kit in commuting and errands run on the bike instead of my car. Good on the wallet and the environment!
I did have an issue with my battery and was disappointed until the customer service guys showed me that Hilltopper had my back. Yes, no one likes to have issues with a product but it happens. The important thing was that Hilltopper stood by their product and solved my issues so I was back on the road.
So, you get a great product and get the confidence that if there is a problem they will help you.
Right now, we all know every company is bogged down and they have diminished staff, so give 'em a break and understand it may take few days to get back you. Not a big deal. They will be there for you.

We are pleased with the end product. My only complaint was difficulty in contacting you by phone, and delay in getting a missing part to us.
The current setup is a great improvement over the old model.

Hilltopper was responsive to specific requests. I live nearby their offices/warehouse and requested in-person pickup. They got back to me the same day and we arranged a pickup the very next day. Based on my interactions with the company so far, I am confident that if I have issues with the product, I could request a visit or purchase of specific replacement parts and those needs would be met.

Kit arrived in good shape. Installation was easy because I had done one before. The only thing I would recommend would be a better explanation of his to use settings on the display for the Summit kit.

Turned my granny trikes into lean mean electric machines. Love the ez set up. Great product.

The order shipped the next business day and l had the new cables on the bike a week after I placed the order..

Can't say enough good things about Hilltopper. The kit was easy to install and best of all my wife who has had mobility problems for years (and hadn't ridden her Trike since I bought it) is now riding regularly 2-3 times a week around our subdivision. Yesterday, she said she hardly used the assist motor at all. Turns out this is the best rehabilitation device for her independence.

Fast delivery, fast response when I had an install question. Got Sprinter kit for my wife’s new Kona Coco cummuter bike. Great lightweight, functional E-assist bike for less than $1500 (bike, Sprinter kit, racks, bags). Works great!

I have just received my second purchase of this item. I am very pleased with the time that was given to me when I had emailed regarding the shipping time. My second purchase was received in a very timely manner. When I received the last one there were several items that were inhancements made to make installation easier. Just pay attention to the power cord on the wheel so not to damage it during mounting. My first was 28 in second was 26. I am happy with the operation and speed. I didn't buy it for speed. So going fast enough to hear the wind in my ears is plenty fast for me. I highly recommend this for anyone who doesn't have enough money to buy a ebike prepared for higher speeds and distance.

I purchased this kit to install on my sister bike who lives in Oregon.I got down there last month and opened the kit. The battery LED would not fully charge. I inquired about it and got no answer. No return calls and 2 days to respond to E mail and still no answer to my questions. I know these cheap Asian batteries have caught fire on everything from skate boards,phones,cars, and even aircraft. Also I had to get an extension cord for the powercord to the frount wheel. You sent me two cords one for the wheel and the other for the controls that I didnot order. Now I have an expensive cord that I did not order and don't need. Over all this is a good unit and she is happy with it but because of your poor customer service I will never buy from you again.

The ultimate result was great but the process was inconsistent. All in all, a good rating because Sales/Customer Support were very friendly and accommodating. Am docking a star because I had emailed Customer Support twice and didn't hear anything for more than a week. Finally I tried and was successful with someone in Sales. Sometime later I heard back from Customer Support and it was apparent he had not sync'd with the Sales person. Didn't seem like they are in the same location so it was a disjointed customer experience.

My second hilltopper. This one is excellent for my Schwinn trike.. I will get an extra battery. I highly recommend hilltopper.
