companies to whom you will be speaking might be not as nice :( but hopefully, hired can fix this.
when they send an interview request and say they will pay let's say 100k, after the interview they say 70k is very top end, this gives false hopes and, if they don't care about wasting their time, I don't want waste my time
there is nothing wrong to send a request and say we can't pay 100k but we can somehow make you interested, but the top-end budget will be 70k if you decide to have interviewed you already know what are you aiming at...

Awful experience
Awful experience. I wasted my time making a profile with them. I submitted my profile like 4-5 times but they do not make my profile visible saying there isn’t enough job pool for PMs in the market. This is sheer lie because there are so many companies hiring for technical PMs at this moment. I even contacted customer service and they asked me to resubmit my profile in 3-4 months like seriously? I am looking for jobs right now how does that help.

Therefore, while something may be in demand on the marketplace at large, this is not necessarily the case on Hired. The amount of responses I got is great compared to any other portals. The love, acceptance, and rejection process so that I can choose whom I speak with saves me a ton of time.

Great Experience!
My experience with Hired was Great! I landed a job interview offer almost immediately and in the end of the day managed to land a new job via Hired! Also had some great assistance in both the form of Website popups as well as regular emails from the team. Would be happy to use Hired again if I need to change my job again.

I’ve been rocking with this company way back before they were called “Hired” and I will continue to stick by them. I’ve never met a platform like theirs where the candidate has so much authority when it comes to landing a new job. Literally the companies who are interested in you, come to you with an offer so that already takes a lot of the legwork with blindly applying off the table. No more resumes going into the dark abyss of application platforms. No more waste time spent drafting cover letters for companies who aren’t interested. Hired is the valet service for techies looking to get a job.

I love the concept of Hired
I love the concept of Hired, and it makes the job search less frustrating in some ways. The issue I ran into was that there were not a lot of “matches” or at least I got few interview requests despite an experienced résumé. I ended up getting a job with a company that reached out to me initially here on Hired, but it was eight months later, via another cold email outreach to me. What would make the experience better, other than more partner companies using the platform, is a two-way street. A way to see companies that match your criteria and the ability for the user to search that way.

The reasoning is likely that we were seeing lesser demand for your skill-set at that time. On Hired, we cater to the needs of our companies and, as a result, some skill-sets (like software engineering) are in constant demand while others (like sales) tend to fluctuate. Sales is also a newer vertical for us, so we greatly appreciate your feedback as a sales candidate using the platform so it can be improved. Congrats on your new role!
