Advertised "You will see total compensation packages upfront." This is a lie, it is only base salary. No ability to restrict on level of the position, meaning I'm getting a bunch of offers way below my expectations. No ability to filter based on company size or funding status.
In response to the reply:
Those are management levels and do not apply to ICs. Even then, they are not hard restrictions and don't stop recruiters from sending me offers.
As for one company I did end up talking to, they said they would struggle to provide even 60% of the target salary I'm looking for.

Hey David! So sorry to hear about your negative experience. It is not our intention. As far as total compensation is concerned, you are correct that our tech candidates cannot list this currently. Our sales candidates can list their OTE, but again, it is not currently possible for tech candidates to list total comp (if you see anything online stating otherwise, please relay it to me at support@hired.com and I will investigate). As far as setting the level of your desired role goes, however, I would encourage you to take advantage of the section of your Profile tab called "David's Preferences". You can select Director, Manager, or Executive as your level preference under "Must haves". Similarly, you can list preferred company sizes here or list undesirable company sizes under "Do not want". While making these selections will not hard-filter out such roles, per se, making these selections should deter the majority of companies who do not fit the criteria from reaching out.

Worked for me
I put my resume in and within the same day I received a request to interview. Then I went through the rest of the interviews and got an offer.
Within the span of a week that I was active on Hired I received two interview requests (two different companies).
edit: I want to add I'm self-taught so I imagine if you have a degree you'd have more opportunity than me.

My initial experience has been very positive overall. Hired made it easy to import my resume, gave tips on rounding out my profile, and made it easy to submit everything for review. I was able to get interview requests fairly quickly and the scheduling process has been simple and intuitive so far.
