Contacted for multiple interviews, some unrelated, others the interview was arranged and sent for midnight British time... then I was completely stood up by the company, appalling. Will not be using hired again - they send a tonne of emails and don't allow you to accept or reject interview offers straight from your email without signing in

I signed up for Hired a day or two ago. So far I've gotten 4 requests for interviews, but all of them were mismatched to the info I put on my profile.

I'm a programmer, 100% remote for 9 years now. I listed my location as remote, the Elixir programming language as a "must have" and Casinos & Gaming as a "do not want". The first three interview requests were two from places that use languages I don't know and one that does betting. The fourth one was a hybrid office/remote in another state and also the wrong tech stack for me.

It's great to be in a position to get interview requests from multiple companies, but the common complaint of developers is that recruiters ignore our resumes and blast an open position at everyone, qualified or not. I assumed that Hired would provide filtering so that requests would be better matched.

Hired also emailed me saying the Boston tech market is taking off and I should add them to my top top 3 desired places to work (for remote roles or relocation packages). But... if I'm remote... what's the point of a list of places?

I like the quality and follow through of potential employers. Plus, because you can set your rate in advance, potential employers already know what you are expecting before reaching out to you so it works well.

I like Hired_ profile page. The look is very clean and professional. It's easy to drop your experiences in and customize them.

I appreciate that Hired puts the onus on companies to contact applicants (sort of like Bumble for job hunting) but often the positions companies reach out about are poor fits.

Started using Hired_ this week. I like the concept of employers contacting you if they are interested. Setup process is easy and doesn't take long to get your first employer interview.

Very good. In less than one hour after singing up I received 4 interviews invite.

I am still new and finding my way around leveraging Hired. Based on limited usage, I would take a neutral position as of now.

Very nice platform. Everything is well thought of. I really like the Calendar addition which helps the recruiters know about my availabilities.

I uploaded my resume and within a week I received recruiter info asking for interviews. This works so fast and I'm not starting at my new position next week.
