Everything with my order went extremely smooth when purchasing. I contacted support to ask the difference between certain models, and they were quick to respond with a comparison chart. I decided on the Premium 4.0 model based on quietness, the upgraded motor, and app connectivity. Everything about this machine feels quality made and reliable, and it runs quieter than I ever would have expected.
I purchased the machine from the official website, and shipping speed was exactly as promised. I purchased two adapters from the official Amazon store, because at the time of purchase, these were cheaper than the official website. Everything I received from both stores was brand new and sealed. Just be sure your purchasing channel is official!
I definitely look forward to expanding my collection of toys for use with the machine.

Have to admit we where a little nervous about ordering thru hismith site but everything went off very well other than a back orderd item. and I do have one complaint the vigina male masturbater is very flimsy where the vaculock attaches and if not carefull will crack and break the plastic housing. they should have reinforced that area with a plate intended in the plastic or sandwiched the plastic housing with a large washer inside and out with the plastic housing pinched in-between them and would make the washer aboit the diameter of the rear housing. other than that everything exceeds our expectations. !!

I had paid for expedited shipping and after not receiving or hearing anything for two weeks I inquired. While it was frustrating that the shipment couldn't be expedited, customer service answered all my questions expeditiously.

I ordered the premium 3.0 and a few attachments with expedited shipping. I made a mistake and requested to swap an attachment and service kindly responded that they would. I ordered it on Wednesday and received it that Saturday. Couldn’t be happier.

Poor shipping overly expensive for canada. I'm now 20 days in from purchase of a machine and toys.
No attachments recieved to this date and the tracking system is poor.
Customer service do not respond to emails.
$100 in shipping charges and $800 total spend for a toy that cannot be used.
Avoid this company !
