Contacted Hitched towbar for a new towbar and an Anderson lead. Other companies we spoke could not install an Anderson lead. James arrived as planned installed the towbar and also told me that this is the first Anderson lead he had fitted. Unlike the other companies James and Kieran researched Anderson leads to be able to fit and add to their services. James did a great job, he took his time and completed a very good job. Highly recommended.

I want to just take a moment to thank hitched for their support yesterday. I emailed with a minor Towbar issue with the detachable Towbar fitted a few weeks ago (nothing to do with hitched's installation or anything they'd done). I think, within the hour I was contacted by one of their team and he talked me through some potential solutions and whilst he was there, on the phone, we managed to fix it. It was prompt, friendly, knowledgable service with a great outcome and left me so pleased that I used your company in the first place. Thank you so much hitched - recommended!

Arrived on time and all fitted to a professional standard, everything went smoothly and up and running.

I have to say these guys are amazing! I had a tow bar fitted today by Mark all went well apart from a light on the dash showed an error, he stayed for well over his time trying to fix it to no avail! I get a call back from Kieran saying he knows what the problem is and drove all the way back to sort it!

Excellent experience with Hitched. Responded to my quote request promptly with a competitive price. Booked in within 2 weeks. Texted the sunday before with an estimated arrival time and a precise time that morning. Brandon was friendly and completed the job without issue. Gave a us a full demo before leaving. Would definitely recommend.

I was somewhat apprehensive when looking for a company to fit my tow bar to my pride & joy, this soon evaporated once i contacted hitched tow bars, from the offset a very professional outfit, great communication from Kieron who explained everything i ask for and a competitive price as well.
on the day of the fitting everything went to plan, James was very knowledgeable, polite and a thoroughly nice bloke.
everything was explained beforehand to again reassure me as the tow bar was being fitted to a range rover vogue autobiography with an SV trim which may required a small cut. Once the job was finished in little over 2 hours, the cut to the trim was hardly noticeable and the fit was perfect and looked great, again all explained to me the workings of all the component parts.
i would highly recommend this company as this outfit is the benchmark for all others to aspire to. many thanks again James & Kieran

I honestly couldn't fault the service. Everyone we interacted with were great, knowledgeable and professional.even when they encountered a small glitch with a fuse. My mind was put at ease and it was rectified to a high standard. Their quote was also very reasonable especially for specialist/ model specific fittings. Which were much higher elsewhere. Highly recommended

Fantastic service and professional company. Kieran was a great advert for hitched towbars and in Brandon a excellent technician. He kept me informed on timings from his previous job and when he started he explained what was happening and progress being made - he finished exactly at the time he estimated. Cannot recommend them more highly.

I wanted a tow bar fitted to my 2022 KIA Sportage GT-Line S and got a few quotes. Hitched Towbars Ltd were competitively priced and their reviews were 5 star, so I went with them, and wasn’t disappointed.

I chose the detachable swan neck and retractable electrics for ascetics purposes and just in case the parking sensors picked it up. As it turned out, they didn’t, so I’ve left it on.

Communication was great. I spoke with Kieran via phone and email to ensure I got the right tow bar and bike rack that I needed (which they supplied). Kieran was quick to respond to emails and was really helpful.

Brendon fitted the tow bar and 13 pin electrics. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took photos at each stage of the process, and when torching up the bolts. He helped me fit the bike rack for the first time which was a learning curve for both of us.
