Cheaper than elsewhere, easy to order, speedy delivery and genuine parts. Very impressed!

The website was easy to use with good information. Chris helped me prepare the order, removed VAT and arranged for delivery by FedEx to Aladka USA where I was stranded with fuel injection problems. The parcel arrived on time. Thank you Chris and PF Jones.

Injectors look in great condition, haven't fitted them yet so can't comment on them working. Delivery, good service except fed ex couldn't find an address in Epsom Surrey and then miraculously found it the 2nd time they tried! Can't fault PF Jones and in fact I realised I bought my tow bar from them 10 years ago and it's been faultless.

I have tried to order spare parts twice now from this company. On both occasions, it has allowed me to make the purchase, and then I have received an email saying they do not have the parts in stock. Whilst I appreciate that a full refund has been provided quickly on both occasions, I really wish that you would update your website. I notice that this company also sells on eBay, the items I tried to order are apparently in stock to buy from their eBay store, but in some cases are £30-£40 more expensive. I never received any apology or explanation for the issues that I have had. For these reasons I would not recommend this company and will not be attempting to order or use their services again.

Fast delivery very impressive. Shame they don't Market the F02 6 series actual tow bar but sell electrics. If they did would get 5 stars.

I've used PF Jones twice now from my Audi Q7 and they've been fast and responsive for when I've had questions relating injectors. Will be using these guys as my go too. Top company

to then get a message saying they had to get another £39 to post it to me in the North of Ireland,

I sourced my own carriage with Royal Mail for £9,

PF jones then told they don’t allow this service, total rip off folks stay well away

Really easy to deal with. Of jones people knew exactly what I needed. It came very quick and was spot on.
