Nice, professional and polite people to deal with and always kept in the loop. On delivery of our towbar there was bits missing (carrier issue) not PF Jones, The gentleman at PF Jones had another one sent out and I received it in time for the fitter coming. John the young man that fitted my towbar was very pleasant and friendly, when the time came to cut the bumper he showed me exactly how much had to come out and asked if i was happy for him to proceed. John did a fantastic job for me and I am very pleased with the work. Thank you John and all at PFJones I will definitely use your services again and I will recommend you to my friends.

Very helpful throughout purchase
Really helpful in finding correct towbar, then sent out replacement tow ball when first was damaged on transit, installatoion was done in a day and really easy to organise.
