I had a very disappointing experience with Hobbydrone.cz.
My order arrived on 29/03, but it was incomplete. The following items were missing:
The drone itself
4 out of 6 batteries
This is not a minor issue, this is the majority of the order missing.
I contacted customer service immediately, but the response has been very slow and shows no sense of urgency. Despite multiple follow-ups, the issue is still unresolved.
It is now 21/04, and I have:
Not received the missing items
Not received a replacement
Not been reimbursed
For a company operating in the EU, this is unacceptable. The seller is responsible until the full order is delivered, yet this responsibility does not seem to be taken seriously.
Mistakes can happen, but the way this has been handled is the real problem. Communication is slow, vague, and there is no proactive effort to fix the situation.
I would strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering here. If something goes wrong, don’t expect a quick or professional resolution.
