Best FPV shop out there — give Ludwig a raise!
Drone FPV Racer has an incredible selection of gear at top-tier prices. The support team is lightning fast, super helpful, and always professional. Special shoutout to Ludwig for the amazing service — seriously, this man needs a raise! 10/10, highly recommended.

Bought couple of 6s batteries, one came with a tiny bit swollen so pu tin charger to check it out and noticed one of the cells was dead and voltage across all other cells very low. Opened request with support was told they can come like that sometimes (Dead cell) but very rare and i broke the battery so care when buying batteries from this shop

I purchased three "Ultra Light-Weight Series" LiPo batteries from Drone FPV Racer, which were explicitly advertised on their website as weighing 216g. When they arrived, I weighed them on a calibrated scale, and they weighed 236g each. Anyone in the FPV hobby knows that a 20g difference is massive, especially for a product where the main selling point is literally being "Ultra Light".

When I requested a return under the EU legal guarantee of conformity (which legally obligates the seller to cover return shipping costs for non-conforming goods), the nightmare began.

First, their support tried to deny my rights, claiming that "weight is not an essential characteristic" of a battery (again, it's called an Ultra Light series) and tried to buy me off with a €10 store voucher. I stood my ground, cited EU and French consumer law, and they finally agreed to cover the courier cost for the return.

I shipped the batteries back and provided a clear photograph of the official paper receipt issued by the courier. The support agent accepted it and asked for my PayPal address to send the refund. But suddenly, a manager stepped in and blocked the transfer. They invented a ridiculous post-factum rule, claiming they "only accept PDF receipts for accounting," and tried to illegally force me to accept a store credit voucher instead of actual money. When I refused to back down, they simply stopped responding to my emails for weeks.

I had no choice but to officially report them to the French Consumer Protection Authority (DGCCRF / SignalConso). Surprise – as soon as the government authorities got involved, they instantly refunded my money.

However, in their official response to the authorities, the manager showed their true colors. They left an arrogant and insulting comment, mocking me for "crying over 15g" (it was 20g) and claiming that extra weight "changes absolutely nothing" in drone flights.

They sell products with false specifications, try to trick you out of your consumer rights, invent fake internal rules to withhold your money, and then insult you when you force them to obey the law.

Site très sérieux et rapide, pour moi le meilleur pour les drones. Très bien emballé. Ça fait 5ans que je commande chez eux et jamais un souci.

Livré en temps et en heure, les produits sont bons. Le support est de bon conseil.
J'ai eu un retour en garantie à faire une fois, cela s'est bien passé, ce qui m'a surpris vu mes expériences désastreuses avec d'autres stores de FPV.

Bought a FPV drone. Came with defective 5 in 1 board. I returned the drone to the shop and pay all cost for the shipping. They refuse to collect the parcel. Reason- minor transporting box damages. There is absolutely no damage on the parcel inside the box. I ask them to send me a new board and they stopped to answering me. I will never buy anything from them again.

En panne d’électricité suite à la tempête Nils, DFR seule boutique qui avait du stock et surtout livrable en 3 jours sur une batterie externe de 1Kw. Je leur ai expliqué ma situation, ils ont fait leur max pour que je sois livré le lendemain, sans supplément. Bravo DFR et merci sincèrement.

I have ordered here multiple times now and so far only ever had good experiences. Fast Deliveries and Tracking updates. One time i ordered via UPS and it arrived under 24 Hours. Customer Support has been helpful too.

They have everything you need at a good price, 1 day delivery (I am in Spain) and customer service is good.

I had a missing item in my order and they kindly refunded me for that item!

Ordered from them to Finland a few times and no problems. Fast and cheap shipping, good prices and catalog.

estranho após criar conta e fazer login os preços mudarem (para mais). se é para compensar o envio "gratuito" então é preferivel não oferecerem entregas gratuitas e colocar um valor fixo, agora assim, aumentar valores de todos os produtos foi a primeira loja online que vi fazer isto. acabaram por perder um cliente, sem ainda nem ter comprado nada

Rapide et efficace, commandé plusieurs fois jamais déçu.

Ordered parts for a drone and package where damaged in transit. Customer service are unable to do anything for me and claim is denied. Be very carefull ...

La tienda en sí no está mal, tienen bastante variedad y el envío, al menos a España, no tarda demasiado.

El problema viene con el servicio postventa. Me llegó un ELRS RX que no funcionaba, yo lo había mandado a soldar a un tercero ya que yo no sé soldar y no quiero cargarme nada. Cuando llega la hora de la verdad, el RX estaba completamente muerto. Les contacté para que me pusieran alguna solución y fui atendido por un tal "Ludwig", quien me hizo unas cuantas preguntas acerca del caso, me pidió fotos de la soldadura y del cableado y finalmente me quería devolver el importe en un código de la página, el cual yo por motivos evidentes no quería. Tras varios mails discutiendo con él, conseguí que me hicieran la devolución del importe de la pieza pero se negaron a ofrecer ninguna compensación por las molestias y por el dinero malgastado por el RX defectuoso.

El servicio postventa es nefasto.

Bonjour client depuis des années chez eux délais de livraison rapide la dessus rien a dire apres 4 ans d’arret j’appel ce matin pour prendre des infos sur les masques dji et la je tombe au téléphone sur une personne qui me prend de haut et me repond d’une façon plus que limite du coup juste parceque jai demander si elle pouvais s’adapter a ma correction du je reste perplexe je rachete tous chez vous ou je vais a la concurrence ??

Orderd the meteor 75 pro with 4 batteries, a battery charger and the o4 unit. Shipping is a little slower then anticipated but still faster then most other shops, it took 9 days to arrive to Thessaloniki. Other then the shipping being 2-3 days slower then expected everything was good
