Following online chat to discuss my enquiry, I was met with prompt, great service and a link to place my order. Excellent communication via email and goods despatched same day. Sadly the Royal Mail delivery arrived the next day with an empty Jiffy bag!!! I contacted Holborn immediately and Jesse provided faultless customer service and replacement order received by the next day. Can’t recommend the company and particularly Jesse highly enough. What can I say about Glasgow Audio that hasn't been said before. I was having problems with a B&W 804 D3 speaker
I passed the problem onto Jesse. As usual he dealt with this in his customery, helpful
and knowledgeable manner. He tested, located and repaired the fault and kept me informed at all stages of the repair.
I've always valued the service and advice I've received over the years from Glagow Audio and have no hesitation in recommending them when auditioning or purchasing your equipment. First class service.

Second order, slight delay as not all items in stock , quick phone call to ask what the issue was , resolved very quickly.

The amplifier I ordered, a Pro-ject Maia S3, was an ex-dem model, which amounted to a decent discount on an as-new item in perfect condition. I received immediate notification that the order had been received, then very shortly afterwards received a friendly message to say it was on its way. It was sent by DHL and arrived the next day, so no complaints at all about the service from Holburn. It's a great little amp, too!

We went to Glasgow Audio for a demo of Dali speakers. Anna arranged an appointment and was very helpful in taking time to let us hear 2 sets of speakers, playing a wide variety of music which I brought with me. They have 2 good rooms for demo’ing and had one set up with the speakers and an amplifier I was interested in. I would recommend them. They answered lots of questions and found out the answer quickly if they did not know. If you are looking at hifi, worth speaking to Glasgow Audio.
