Holidayscoot Reviews

Reservation process so easy !

They are extremely fast acting and ready to assist you 24/7 !

Will do business with them asap!

The website is quite new so at the beginning I was a bit suspicious. However, once you contact the guys on their email address they promptly reply and assist you very quickly in everything. The system is very intuitive and easy to use, and knowing that they are easily reachable makes your experience worry-less , on contrary to when booking with giant online platforms.

I recently rented a scooter from Holidayscoot for my family trip to Italy, and it was fantastic! The booking process was super easy—just a few clicks to choose our location and dates. With 103 locations across Italy, finding a convenient pick-up spot was a breeze.

The variety of scooters is impressive. We opted for a Vespa 125, and it was in excellent condition. The included services like free cancellation, 24/7 assistance, and a full tank made the experience hassle-free.

Customer service was top-notch. I had a couple of questions and got quick responses via their live chat. The flexibility of picking up or having the scooter delivered was a huge plus.

My family absolutely loved riding around the picturesque streets of Italy. It added so much fun to our holiday!

Overall, Holidayscoot made exploring Italy on a scooter incredibly enjoyable and stress-free. I highly recommend them and will definitely use their service again!

Been in Italy whit my girlfriend for a week end in Cinque terre and renting a scooter was simply the best idea we could possibly have, and was easy and convenient whit holidayscoot. People were nice and the overall experience smooth. All info clear from the beginning.

Super easy to rent Scooter, used in Amalfi area

I recently used Holidayscoot to rent a scooter near Rapallo, and it was fantastic. The booking process was straightforward, and the website was user-friendly. The scooters were well-maintained, making for a smooth and enjoyable ride through the region. Customer support was responsive and helpful. Overall, a great experience—highly recommended for anyone visiting Liguria.

Everything ok, good customer care in Napoli

The website is clear and easy to navigate. The booking experience was smooth and simple! My scooter was there to wait me at my arrival! Highly suggested

Great service, sent them a WhatsApp and they replied within minutes helping me locating a rental company close to me and then guided me on the best options! Give them a go🇮🇹

My daughter just watched Luca (again for the 50th time) and wanted to go around on a Vespa! We booked at the last minute and were able to jet around the town and made some awesome memories! We did not want the Vespa for a whole day - they let us rent for 1 hour which was amazing! It was fun (and scary) driving the vespa along side buses and trucks and other crazy riders. The guys with the company were flexible with what we wanted to do, communicated in a timely manner and when there were minor issues (lol, such as the color Vespa we wanted) made it right!
They were so easy to work with and very customer oriented. Will definitely use them again on a return trip. A really awesome experience

All very good!
Thank you for retning The scooter. Very good service.

I was looking for a motorcycle to ride in Turin and they booked it quickly, clarifying all my doubts. The communication was fluent and everything related to the reservation resolved immediately.
Unfortunately, weather was bad and I cancelled the reservation but planning to contact them again next time I'm in Italy since they offer an excellent service.
