Easy to book liked that I can have a refund up until May only paying small deposit. Refund will only be due to health issues of friend in case you think I’m not serious about this holiday. Really great seamless process.

Everything ran very smoothly and all descriptions were spot on.

The villa suited our needs, the communication was good, any enquiries were responded quickly with an answer by email.

It was easy to book pay and contact the host via the Holidu platform.
The choice of properties was good & the standard of the one we stayed at was excellent.

Beware you do not get any contact with the actual property owner until you have paid holidu! If you ask a question about the property the reply is AI generated and inaccurate regarding the information I was supplied. Always try and find the property and book direct with the owner. Holidu just act as a unsupportive midman trying to make money and also advertise via Airbnb and booking.com meaning you pay double commission both guest& actual owner lose out! If you send a message the owner will not see it and so once booked you will need to send all the communications again and provide to both holidu and the owner ID/checkin info!!!! Please book direct with owners!

Holidu is a good, alternative place to book. However don't expect to be able to contact a human. It's a bot only.

They describe what is on offer exactly on there web site. When you arrive there are no hidden suprises.

We had a fabulous two-week holiday. The villa is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from the beach, and the private pool was a real bonus.

The villa was clean but a little basic and tired, and a few extra home comforts and better-equipped kitchen would make a big difference.

Esperanza was absolutely lovely—very helpful, friendly and responsive throughout our stay.

Overall, we had a wonderful holiday and would happily return to Majorca.

This is the first time that we booked a property with Holidu and we wished that we hadn't. We booked a property based on the fact that their property listing stated a "balcony or patio". There was also a photo of a good sized balcony overlooking the mountains. What we actually got was the top of a staircase leading to the door with no open view, which they claim is a balcony. This tiny doorway could in no way be described as a usable balcony. The real balcony in their photo belonged to the property below! They also stated that we would have access to a lawn and showed a photo of an empty lawn. What we got was a lawn used by the family below with their small child and it had a sandpit and swing set up on it... Certainly not a private or quiet lawn. They also state a fridge and a freezer. What we got was a fridge with a small ice box. The washing machine had only a half sized drum, nor was this detailed. I could go on. We are very experienced travellers, using self catering accommodation both home and abroad at least 3 times a year. We know what we want and expect a booking site to give us a clear and accurate description of their property such that we know that what we have booked and paid for is actually what we will get. No doubt Holidu's reply to this review will continue to fob me off, as they have been doing in my communications with them. I thoroughly expect to not believe their response either. Don't book with Holidu, use another more honest company.
