I am learning about game making for about 1 year now. In that time, I bought and run through several different courses and as far as I can say - the Pennys courses are really good. It may depend on what do you seek - if you want longer and more robust course into game making, there are some others that are good too. On the other hand - the advantage of Pennys courses is short length so you can go through one a weekend easily and get really good and pretty deep knowledge of specific area.

I own couple of courses from Penny and Holistic3d team. All the courses are well thought, organized and material is always clearly presented with examples. My first stop when looking for game related courses. Recommended!

Teaching method is super easy. Video editing is as fine to keep viewer's interest in it. My suggestion is please keep showing diagram of connecting coding script so we can easily get the programming work flow. over all your tutorials are really helpful and interesting.

Penny is an educated professional developer and an excellent teacher, unlike many other courses providers, where teachers are nothing but people with no actual experience or no degrees in the field, with Holisitc3d you can trust that your time is not going to waste.

Penny is the best teacher eeeever! Her handling of our questions is great and her videos are super didactic!

Her courses are the best money I have ever spent on Udemy and quite frankly if you're looking to get into game design just take her courses - don't go to college!

Trust me I took a game dev degree - Holistic3d is a much better payoff.

With the money I spent on that degree I could have hired teamates and funded my first game... I'd have had almost all the needed knowledge, the missing link would be project management and you can learn that on Udemy for much cheaper than in University too!
