Awful service - wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t use again. On website it states 4-5 days for delivery but it’s actually near to 2 weeks. I ordered on 30th March and now have a Royal Mail message stating it will be delivered 11th April. I had to go and buy other presents as these didn’t arrive in time.
Customer service not taking ownership nor responsibility.

I ordered some cinammon buns as a gift for my husband who was so disappointed at the closure of Cinnabons outlets in the UK. How wonderful to find an equal... Dare I say better product! I found the perfect personalised gifts in memory of a loved one on holly.co and even though my customisation fell outside of their usual, they were able to honour my request and within the timeframe I needed. I emailed Holly & Co a while back asking them to help me create an embroided replicar of my grandfather's handwriting onto one of their beautiful pillowcases for my mum as Christmas gift after his recent passing. The team were not only SUPER helpful but they were also so kind and wanting to help bring my vision to life. I cannot tell you how over the moon I was with the finished product when it arrived, and when my mum opened it on Christmas it was VERY emotional as she hadn't seen his handwriting in so long and was just perfect. Awful experience, clear break down dialogue with producers and no accountability for breakdown in production with their contributors. When we complained the customer services seemed extremely patronising, didn't take responsibility and didn't provide direct contact with the producer. No apology. Poor poor business model and you won't get returning customers with out trust in your product and service.

Unfair company polices at this brand. They argue they are a small business in order to avoid the basics of running a business. I made an order in error contacted the company immediately, they ignored my email & send the order and provided no method of return option to me. Bizarre and not what you’d expect

I ordered a gift and the delivery date was a couple of weeks away but it would still arrive in time. So although it was a long time it wouldn’t impact me giving it to my friend.
Delivery Date given was 18-19th Dec.
On 19th Dec the gift had still not arrived and there’d been no communication.
I contacted Holly & co on 19th Dec to ask where my order was.
I received an email later that evening stating it had just been dispatched. The usual email I’d have received anyway. Not an email responding to my query or apologising for the delay.
Just the automated one you get when the order is on its way.
If the order was going to arrive on 22nd then I’d have cancelled it as it wouldn’t have arrived in time. I needed it for 19th!
And to receive no communication about the delay wasn’t great. It was clearly a mistake and had I not contacted Holly & co on 19th I doubt it would have been dispatched then!

I was quite excited to find this website when hunting for sensibly priced stocking fillers. But rapidly become disappointed when the purchases started to arrive. The quality is meh, but they are all tiny (I now get the emphasis they place on the word 'small'.) So my bad for not examining the detail- but the photos do make the products look larger. I also realise that I pay postage on each individual item .So all in all, the tiny products are very poor value. Holly and Co are unusual in not asking for a review post purchase- so clearly not interested in feedback despite all their tosh about values blah blah. I feel scammed but ill put it down to experience.

Really poor service would 100% avoid. Order a Christmas present on the 30th of November and it's still not arrived. Contacted Holly & Co on the 8th to which they said they could see it had been dispatched but it should be with me in a few days and the usual script about Royal Mail having delays. Contacted them again on the 16th they have now said they will contact the Co to check if they have further tracking...it's clearly been lost by Royal Mail and I'm also without a Christmas present now too! Unfortunately this is why small businesses fail and we favour the larger ones who are much more reliable.

I bought a christmas wreath through Holly&Co. The wrong wreath was sent so I was told to return it and I would get a refund. I did this but no refund was made. Holly & Co then started to ignore my emails. I am over £100 out of pocket.

I do not believe Holly Co have small business best interests at heart. I left the platform in March because they were charging me a commission on COST PRICE postage. I confronted them about this. They offered me a lower commission rate because I was selling low-cost items, when I asked if all other businesses selling low-cost items would get the new commission rate that I was offered, they said yes it would be offered. Two months later and I find it hasn't been offered at all. My experience is from March 2025. Shame on you Holly.Co for the way you are handling this.
