MTC Kitchen Home NY Reviews

Wonderful experience. I placed my order yesterday and it was delivered to my front door today! It doesn’t get better than that.

madeline arrived promptly. Haven't used it yet. Bought another as a gift.

Legit company out of Manhattan - they hand delivered

Fast delivery locally. Great products. Friendly and well-informed staff.

This shopping site has the best customer service ever! I have now ordered twice and the women in the order department have contacted me both times to check on my order or to suggest a way to have it shipped more conveniently.

This is such a great company, and their products are wonderful as well. Highly recommended.

When I applied the 20% discount code to my orders, which was already over $50 and eligible for free shipping, I ended up paying $15 for shipping. And when I removed the discount code, the amount I needed to pay was actually cheaper. But overall, good shopping experience because I was looking for Choya soda and no other places sell it 👍

The order has been cancelled several times, and the website should be updated when it is out of stock, instead of waiting for someone to place an order and say it is out of stock. Now that the order is placed, it should be shipped as soon as possible.

After spending an hour looking for Benriner products on other sites, I found MTC Kitchen. Everything was in stock and reasonably priced relative to alternatives like Amazon. I will be purchasing more!

Better service but need more better for comfortable.

My order was expertly packed and received soon after it was placed. MTC consistently has the best quality fish and it makes my family very happy to receive their goods.

Person delivering called me and insured me that the package was delivered and safe. He was very nice and was helpful.

The bowls I purchased from the site are gorgeous, especially for the price. I had placed my order Saturday night and it arrived Monday morning! The delivery person was very friendly. The bowls were so carefully packaged, too. I couldn’t be happier with my overall experience with MTC.

My go-to Japanese grocery. The prices, selection and customer service are top notch!

This Japanese shop provides everything you'll need to make some of the best Japanese food. The store sells it at a reasonable price, and the item is also from Japan. I've purchased numerous items from this store and highly recommend it.

This store is one of my favorites, and I had a great day purchasing there. You will love everything you find here, including good decor for your room, kitchen, living room, toiletries, and even personal stuff. You will surely enjoy it.

I have a Japanese friend who introduced me to this shop and told me that there is a lot of stuff I can find here, especially if you are a stuff person like me who like buying things for my home, so I tried placing an order with them. Actually, I put a large order because it was reasonably priced, and they will deliver it to you door to door, fully assembled and secure. It was an incredible experience, and all of my goods are so nice and in excellent shape. I will undoubtedly place another purchase.
