Home Surveying Reviews

Andy was was very impressive and pro-active on the phone so I gave him my word he could have the L2 work at the appropriate juncture
A few days later I confirmed he had the work providing the final details. His admin team then asked for everything over again, despite the information being already given or available from the estate agents.
Call me old fashioned but I do not do Admin leg work if I am paying for it and pointed out where to find the information.
I am now being ghosted!

Well organised business. Andy booked the date and details of the survey. The surveyor, Khalid, was friendly, helpful and explained things clearly. He phoned before to see if there were any details that I wanted him to look at. The survey covered all the necessary areas for a grade two survey. All done at a good price.

What a fantastically detailed survey. I got introduced to IQS through a website called Homemove and I have not been left disappointed. Lots of photos and small things that many probably wouldn't have picked up on. Really happy overall with the quality of the survey and the recommendations cited.

Umar Iqbal did a great job. He was very accessible to explain the survey process and he was quick in providing the survey reports. Eventually I needed clarifications and he contacted me as soon as he was informed and walked me through my doubts in a clear and informative way.

Survey report received within 2 days of survey being complete

Excellent communication with Mark the surveyor prior to survey and after completion.
The information provided on the property was simplified with photographs of areas where problems existed or needed to be checked in future for our benefit. All in all very happy with service and would highly recommend,Thank You.

Very quick yet very thorough report with good photo evidence. Surveyor called me while at the property to check I had no concerns or things I wanted them to check so I can't fault the service in any way! I would definitely use them again!

Excellent communication with the surveyor, very friendly service. Gary went over and above to support our next house move. Speedy return of the report that was written in plain English and easy to understand. Would definitely recommend.

The price is very competitive and time of inspection and producing the report was very good. I mean timely and quick. I am happy with the services I received and highly recommend to use this company

Very quick, the lady that came was lovely, the report was issued shortly after the visit and a very easy experience!

I really recommend these guys, Andy was great. They came in by far the cheapest surveyor. They did not skimp on anything either.
Very thoughtful report and they kept me in the loop via email and via phone calls.

I cannot recommend them enough honestly.

Andy and the other Andy who actually visited the property were both very pleasant and respectful can't praise enough. They did a scrupulous survey didn't miss a beat. In the end we didn't buy the property and in a good way it's all thanks to Andy, saved us a LOT of money down the road if we went ahead.

Report came quickly in a pdf via email. Many photos with explanations under each. Great.

Surveyor was great called the morning of the visit to confirm anything we wanted him to look at especially. Then called as soon as completed to give a run down, then the report arrived the next morning.

Efficient and reasonabled pricing. Surprised by how quickly they got back to me and completed the job in a week. Highly recommend if on a budget and transparent fee structure needed.

The team was very helpful, report was done very fast. Umar went out of his way to explain everything that came up in the report as well. Highly recommended!

Fantastic company to deal with. All staff involved with our survey were great! I enquired on a Tuesday and the survey was done by the Friday. Great communication too. 100% recommend and will be recommending to people going forward. Thank you so much for all your help with our property survey. We’re first time buyers and you added another easy and pleasant experience to our already easy and pleasant experience!

Amazing job, from start to finish. Really quick booking and very well priced compared to others we quoted from, would recommend 10/10

Great experience. Would use again

I am inexperienced in the UK system but have some knowledge on this field in Hong Kong. The information stated in the report is up to my expectations and can be a good guide to follow up by contractors.

Efficient service
The Company were timely and prompt with making initial contact with quotes.
Then following this up with a fast turnaround time.

The whole experience using this company was excellent from start to finish.
Spoke to Andy first who I booked the survey with.
Mark who completed the survey was thorough. He called me before he completed the survey to see if I had any particular concerns and even took a call from me during the survey, as I had thought of another thing for him to check and he was very friendly and accommodating to my request.
Mark called me later on after the survey and he had written up the report.
He explained the main points he had raised in the report and his recommendations to me.
Very pleased with the service and a reasonable price too.
Will definitely recommend and use again, although the move is to my forever home so will hopefully not need their services again!
