Poor service from this company!! I ordered online and paid for next day delivery but my items never arrived. I contacted customer service, found it was almost impossible to ever get a reply from them, and when you do get a reply it’s something useless such as asking if the order has arrived yet, which they could easily check themselves via the tracking!! All in all it took my order almost three weeks to arrive! And it’s taken five weeks to get the delivery charge refunded.
I have ordered successfully from this company in the past, but going forward I will be avoiding them at all costs!!

Great product at a great price. Super fast delivery within 48 hours. Having been let down by other companies l was almost waiting for delivery issues but this was the most efficient delivery over the festive period. Also love the product particularly the heat aspect of the stretch mat.

I have ordered 2 small items from this company it’s been 5 days no tracking supplied. I wish I never ordered. From this company my items have not arrived they have taken the payment and nothing I should have checked the reviews first before ordering to all customers thinking off ordering from homemedic don’t you will not receive anything I will open a case against this company I will never order anything from them taking customers Money and not receiving your product

I love my new stretching Matt❤️ Just live it’s heat which is so comfy for my poor old back !! Like I got some oil sent too as part of the package. Will definitely add homedics to my favs!

Requested a return but received no reply from customer support.

Order never arrived and I paid for next day delivery. Customer support doesn't answer any of my emails and there is no answer at FKA Brands which owns Homedics on any extension at all. The company is obviously in serious trouble and we customers are the victims and they're keeping our money and delaying refunding us, if at all. This is a scandal.

Would give zero stars if I could. Item not received and according to tracking was never passed to courier. Still waiting for response from them. With the amount of reviews that say the same thing in recent weeks/months and the fact that their phone support has been discontinued in that time, my next stage is to contact trading standards for miss selling and whether or not this is a form of fraud

I ordered a massager on 7th December as a Christmas present which cost £100. They lost it before it even got to their courier. The tracking from the courier still shows as "We're expecting it"

When it became apparent I wasnt going to get it in time for Christmas, I asked for a refund - they told me they needed time to investigate. They are now ignoring every single message I have sent them since the 21st December and 14 days later I am still waiting for my money back.

This has been an absoutely horrible experience with a horrible company who have ruined my Christmas and I advise anyone reading this to avoid dealing with them, spend your money elsewhere.

I have been waiting weeks for a refund on an item I returned to them which was unopened and returned as per their instructions. Their "customer service" is appalling. I would recommend avoiding doing business with this company.

Purchased a Homedics Percussion 'Deep Tissue' massager from Argos.

Unlike as it's described this product is not a heat massager and does not heat in any way.

Going by reviews (the real ones..) both Argos and Homedics know this but continue to falsely advertise.

I've got a refund and have reported to Trading Standards.

This company has very poor customer service they send automated responses and do not answer questions raised but try to avoid the issue and put the blame on the courier service EVRI who have no information as to when they will receive my order my next day delivery which was for Friday 18th Nov and has still not arrived now in its 8th day and has missed the birthday it was intended for. I cannot get response from home medics as to why and have tried to cancel order and get a refund but they ignore my request and now have to wait another 7 days before bank can reclaim my funds. in ten years of online purchasing this is the worst service I have experience as a so called health aware company they have no empathy or even seem to care about their poor service to their customers

I do not recomend this company, i never get the goods never got refund back, i contacted them, they say wait, but clealry seen on tracking page that item been lost. Now they dont even answer to my emails. Avoid this company, now i will contact the bank

I thought it best to edit my review, as I originally gave this company 1 star for service.
There are 2 things that let them down which could do with being resolved.
1. Choice of courier: Evri/Hermes is their main courier option, I would like to see a 2nd option like DPD or APC, which are more reliable.
2. No telephone number: the website does not have a telephone number, which makes things tricky to have to rely on just email as a point of contact, especially if things go wrong.
Initially there were a few problems with my order not being delivered as was originally on a next day delivery option, the fault was Evri, seemed like maybe the hub had a bottleneck, but all in all it took 12 days and a lot of emails to resolve. After the experience though, the product I received was excellent, which made up for the delivery time and irritation of lack of phone number of the company. A way forward if you are not going to give out a tel number is to use an internet chat service with human (not bot!). Then you will see your service increase.

I have ordered a pillow massage, the Item was working perfectly, but for me it was bulky and not very confortable as a pillow to massage my neck. I decided to return it, and received a prompt response from customer service, and the refund process was very quick, therefore even if I didn't keep the item, the whole process was excellent!

Given a hand held massager as a gift from a family member. Stopped after a few months. Flimsy and tacky item. Avoid at all costs.

Homedics Air purifier model AP-T20 avoid at all cost don’t buy one as their flimsy if they fall over the fan breaks and you cannot get a replacement as that’s what happened to mine after a few months of use when I contacted the company and asked for about a repair they said they don’t have anyone to repair them when I asked where I could get the plastic fan part so I could change it myself they said they don’t do parts and theirs no where to get any so you will have to buy a new one.

I bought the homedics pet plus air purifier last year and I have to say it's the best thing I've ever bought. At first I wondered if purifiers actually work but it really does make such a difference to the air. Previously, my eyes were itchy in the house no matter how clean the house was but I've never had that since, thanks to the purifier. My dog also seems to love the purifier too and won't settle unless she's lying in front of it. We definitely couldn't live without it now! Really happy I shopped directly with homedics too as I experienced a slight fault with the product but the customer service I received was nothing short of exceptional and the issue was resolved very quickly - thank you!

Recieved a 15%discount on ordering only to find it in validated at the checkout . Why does it not surprise me google would not register my review

Had previous model to help with sleep problems due to tinnitus,which I loved, but it no longer holds it charge after 2 yrs of constant use. Bought the new model from an online retailer and was very disappointed, very tinny in sound and the power button light way too bright, so bright my husband was disturbed by it!! Please Homedics go back to the previous model, so I can sleep again

A PT I know has raved about a physio gun that HoMedics sell. I went online to look at it and saw it had been discounted to £249.99. As a new customer I was given a 15% off code which I was really pleased with as it brought it down to £212. When I added the code and went to pay, I encountered an issue with the system - my card provider authorised the payment but it wouldn't complete on the site.
I called HoMedics to ask if I could make the transaction over the phone instead and receive the discount but after speaking with management, they said I could only pay the £249.99 then claim back the discount!
I find this ridiculous and a first time customer an incredible self-sabotaging exercise and plain bad customer service. I think I'll just shop elsewhere.. In fact I found the exact Homedics Massage Gun on another reputable site and substantially cheaper!
